Julius Caesar in Roman Military Uniform Statue Sculpture Figurine

Very strong and solid depiction of Julius Caesar. Adds to my Roman motif décor. Very well made. Worth the price.

The Julius Caesar figurine from this vendor is a very good quality detailed piece of art. It was shipped very fast. I have put it on a shelf and it reminds me some historical facts each time I look at. So, it's not just a decoration but a piece of art that's refreshing my mind. I am very much satisfied. I am grateful to the manufacturers of such items that they keep producing them to remind us that the humanity had such a along and gorgeous history.

I love this statue, it is very detailed and has a bit of weight to it but not too much which means that it won't accidentally fall due to vibration and shaking. It is very striking and I am glad I bought it.

I did not have high expectations when I decided to purchase this "scalpture figurine". Historically, it does not exist and it is putting together elements of several real statues that date back to the glory days of Rome.Upon receiving it, there is little doubt that it belongs to the souvenir group of figurines, but it is nevertheless well made, detailed, solid and, actually, it looks good. However, after all those accolade words, let's make it also very clear: it does not look like marble, not even from a distance.I put it next to my high-end collection of Roman miniatures, but it is 1) too big and 2) the details are not enough. So, I decided to have fun with it and painted it using acrylic colors. I am attaching a picture of my work in progress.Is it worth the $40 price tag? Probably not, considering that I can buy miniature that are created for uber sophisticated collectors around the same price or for little more.Overall, I am giving the product a 4-star rating because they never claimed to be real artwork, it is well built, looks pleasant and can be used as entertainment to paint it and learning about the Roman uniforms in the process whendeciding how to paint. Price is honest. The best feature is that it is actually almost nice overall. The worst one is that, upon receiving it, and looking at it from close by, one can see some weak features like the fact that the toga is essentially "solid", made to look like a marble statue of antiquity, but it is just resin.If I were to go back, and I am not into painting it, I think that the one that comes with a bronze tone, could actually be a better option, but still, in the end, I had fun with it. Will not show it, though.

I am very pleased with this statuette. The detail is fine and the price was reasonable.
