Love the fact that my young child that is on the spectrum, that tends to have food sensitivity when it comes to texture and taste, loved it. Personally I feel it kind of tastes like Milanta with coconut flavor lol. Reminds me of a coconut yogurt. But hey my kid loved it so I give it 10 stars. I give a tea spoon to my child 1 hr before bed. Have given it 3 days in a row and it does seem to help with falling asleep a little quicker and helping stay asleep a little longer. Would highly recommend.Now the raspberry one, didn't taste good at all for me or my child. It tasted like drinking a thick cough syrup or drinking the liquid B12. Not a fan.

I like the sleep products that she puts out the sleep products work good at night the vitamins I don't like I don't like the way that it the liquid tastes and it does not work for me
