No flavor powder as stated, but it does have a sweet taste. Easy to drink. No side effects. Price wasn't bad. Best used with a hand held milk frother to mix it in your drink.

Like most supplements, I didn’t expect to love this product, but it is the complete opposite of tolerable for me. The taste makes it very difficult to use. I should have read reviews beforehand, but I trusted the recommendation from my provider. I was hoping to use this as a “clear” drink supplement alongside my protein drinks (not mixed into them), but I couldn’t get through it on its own. The first time I tried it mixed with water, I honestly couldn’t finish it. The taste was so unpleasant that I ended up wasting about half the serving because I was gagging trying to get it down. I tried again the next time, mixed into my usual protein powder blend, and while it was a bit more tolerable, that same strong, unpleasant taste still comes through. It’s labeled as “unflavored,” but it definitely has a noticeable sweetness (which I expected from the description) but it had a distinct taste that is just not good. It also leaves a lingering aftertaste that sticks around for a while afterward. This product isn't exactly priced affordably, so this experience has been very disappointing. Honestly, if the unflavored version tastes like this, I can’t imagine flavored versions being better as I imagine they’d likely just be trying to mask the same base taste (and I don’t do flavored drinks anyway). So it's a 'no' for me, and I won’t be purchasing it ever again.

Updated: 5 stars for customer service! Thank you for a very good resolution. And I do have the pills on subscription now. Unfortunately this powder just didn’t work for me. Great company for working with me to resolve! Ty! I regret not purchasing the pills. The unflavored powder is anything but unflavored. I had 3 days of having to drink down my healthy green smoothies that were ruined with a scoop of this (because too many expensive ingredients were poured in to waste). Wicked taste and I know, I know- just suck it up and get it down and quit being a baby. Usually I can be that way but this stuff tastes especially awful. I have had to stop putting in my smoothies and not sure how I’m going to use this stuff. Probably won’t. I will re-order the pills. It’s just beyond gross. I’m sorry. I am not overly picky and I can get down something that’s only mildly palatable for my health, but this goes beyond what I can do.

I don’t know how to describe the taste of this. I will try. It is one of the worst flavors that’s ever been created by mankind. The fact that this can’t be returned is nothing more than a bait and switch. It is advertised as unflavored, but it actually has the most distinct putrid flavor. It is anything but unflavored. This makes me not want to buy any of their other products. Steer clear. You may think you can deal with any flavor, and I normally can, but you can’t. Trust me, do not buy this product.

Unflavored does not mean no flavor! So, zero stars for the taste! I think next time I will try the lemon/lime flavor and hopefully that will be better. I drink it in room temperature water; that seems to make the taste less overbearing. I mix one scoop into a glass of water about 30 minutes before I workout. My recovery after workouts does seem to have improved.

Good quality, but expensive, and the stevia with monk fruit ruined it for me. Unflavored should be unflavored. Fake sweet is an awful flavor. I could justify cost if it tasted ok and worked. Would love to try an actual unflavored variety if one is created .

Very strong Monk Fruit taste. It keeps me full for a very long time, but the mink fruit taste is awful! I wish they didn’t add monk fruit to it!!

I really wanted to like this because I’m not picky with supplements at all, I can usually drink anything if it’s good for me. But this was on another level. I got the unflavored version and the taste is honestly horrible. It has that strong artificial sweetener/monk fruit aftertaste that just stays in your mouth forever. I almost threw up after drinking it and still felt nauseous 20 minutes later. It even feels like a sugar rush, which makes me question the whole ‘won’t break your fast’ claim. I really wanted the benefits, especially for the price, but I physically can’t get this down. If anyone has figured out a way to tolerate it, please share because right now it feels impossible.
