Good sleepaid
This sleepaid works very well. The instructions say to take 2 but I only take 1 since I don't need that much to put me to sleep. I also wake up happy instead of draggy.

Change 'em up!
These are the JUNKIEST night pills of ALL time but unbelievably, I switched from these purple ones I was takng by walgreens I think to these blue ones and amazingly.... they work beautifully SO I think its a good idea to switch em up every now and then lyke your shampoo, it works good! I mix them with other stuff like melatonin too.

Ensures a good night's sleep.
Two tablets right before bedtime ensures a good night's sleep with no after effects in the morning. My concern was if this product would interfere with my nightly ritual of answering the call of nature. It doesn't and I was able to take care of business and go right back to sleep.
