Wonderful product from WhirlPool. At the price of INR 15,000 (+ INR 3,000 during installation that included a stand, water filter, and scalegon packets) - This is an overall great deal for a washing machine. Does the job pretty well overall; however, there are a few points buyers should note down from my experience. 1. The water fills up quite slowly - Upon beginning a wash cycle/wash program, the entire tub to get filled with water takes about 20 solid minutes. The overall wash takes quite a long time per load. Even on the quickest setting, "Express Wash", expect a minimum of 1 hour or more of your time to complete the wash load. If going for the regular "Daily Load" or "Heavy Duty" - please mark 2 hours of your time aside, as this machine is slow and takes its own sweet time. 2. RPM of the drum is neither too high nor too low, just the right spin speed during rinse. I would personally, however, prefer it to be a little bit higher (faster), but this is still manageable at this stage. 3. Considerable delay in installation, hence the reason why I had to deduct one star, else, I was open to rating 5/5 - the service center took 3+ days to get in touch and the installation + demo happened on the 4th day i.e. close to a week just to complete the ordeal from reasearching the best appliance to actually using it, spans out to close to two months for me personally - however, this is again subject to your local WhirlPool service center, therefore it depends on the team, so we can't generalize this issue. 4. Agitator is solid, durable, and really strong. Clothes get mixed properly and come out moderately damp rather than being completely wet. The program cycle takes the clothes through soak, rinse, dry, and repeat once more, therefore you can expect a fresh load of fresh water to be injected into the system which is what I personally found to be the best. I know this is a basic requirement of all washing machines, but it's always good to know that it is there. Overall fit and finish of the appliance is great, and I do recommend this product from WhirlPool to anyone who's just entering the segment and is looking at a reasonable budget on a top-load washing machine. I've faced no issues so far and hope not to encounter any anytime soon!

Very very bad service provided by amazon i have purchase whirlpool washing machine ordered on 12th may 26 delivered on 14th may 26 once I received the delivery I did not like the washing machine because the body is of low quality still so later on I was planning to return the washing machine than I thought let it be because the payment was done online n would it time to get back my refund the next day the whirlpool person came n instead of doing the installation he told me to get a plumber n get it fixed it's not our work to do it he said our work is only to show u the process how it starts and works than I was really frustrated with this person n I planned to return the washing machine I complained to Amazon Coustmber service and it was really useless not at all helped first person was Amarjeet he was like sir don't say please I will help u to slove this n all. I’m really happy with this washing machine. It’s compact, looks sleek, and fits perfectly in my space. The wash quality is excellent and clothes come out clean even on regular cycles. It runs smoothly with very low noise and the controls are simple to understand, which makes daily use hassle-free. I chose this machine because it had fully auto hot water wash at a suitable price point. There is endless debate of top load vs front load. This uses more water than a front load machine but is quieter, clothes get damaged less, and you dont have to bend over. Its a great machine, I am happy to own it and use it, but here is the critique. Pros: Fully auto Hot water wash Whirlpool- known brand with decent service Cost 17100/- purchased a whirlpool trolley with wheels for 1400/- from installer technician for rust protection amd easy water drain Cons: No (separate) place to add softener/conditioner. Check out the photo. I am forced to open the lid at the end of first rinse cycle and add conditioner into the tub. This mars the fire and forget experience expected from a fully auto machine. The wife says: not adding softener/conditioner solves the problem though, and saves money in the process. Touché. Somewhere in the fine print it is probably mentioned that you require a 15 amp socket for the 15 amp plug of this machine. So keep the socket handy. The manual says the machine should not be installed in a bathroom/ near a source of moisture, amd extension cords are a no-no. Should have given a longer cord then. Spin cycle feels rather slow. (Less RPM) And I am upgrading from a semi auto machine. Clothes come out nearly as dry though. I feel a capacity of 6.5 is small for a family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. Go in for the larger variant, its not a con of the machine though. Uses a larger amount of water than a front load, but we already knew that. Machine cycle stops the moment you open the lid and restarts when you close it, though its not a con. Full load normal wash cycle is 1hr 30 mins plus. The timer pauses when water is being filled. The stainwash, anti bacterial other sophesticated programs run longer (2-3 hrs), and accept much less load (1.5-2 kg) to be effective. See photo. Express wash feature reduces cycle time by upto 40%, but at the cost of the second rinse cycle. Clothes MAY smell of detergent after completion of the cycle. Other issues: In my opinion, call the brand helpline, register the product and ask for their AMC and extended warranty, rather than prchasing it from online retailer. I have (only) a hunch that it is likely to give better results than the (much cheaper) online alternatives in the long run. I will not be able to prove anything though.
