I received this as a Christmas present. It is a nice combination of beard oil, shampoo, and balm. Nothing special, but it works fine.

Great quality feels good

Polished Gentleman is my favorite brand of shampoo and conditioner, so I thought I'd shelve my current routine and try their after-shower products. Unfortunately, I don't feel they are as good as what I regularly use.The beard oil does a great job and has a very handy pump dispenser. The only thing I don't like is that it seems to be thicker than some of the same-quality brands.The balm is more of a wax than a smooth balm. It's so stiff that I had to use the back of my thumb nail to scrape some out, similar to cold butter. It melts at about the same rate, too. Being thicker means it has pretty decent hold, but it also pulls hair if I try to brush again later in the day, like a wax does.I like the scent of the shampoo/conditioner, but I found it overwhelming in the beard balm. My wife and I agree that it smelled like petroleum.

This is my 4th or 5th time ordering this kit for him. He wanted an all-in-one solution, and this kit definitely fits the bill. He has a really thick beard that he cuts low in the summer, and grows back in the winter. He uses this kit to maintain his beard while it's low, and he uses the beard oil when he's ready to grow it back. He has recommended it to friends and family members and anyone else that will listen. This is really a good kit for the price. Anyone else would probably be selling it for $60+. If you need a total solution, this kit is for you. The price doesn't break the bank, and you will definitely be pleased. Great gift for the holidays!

Needed a new beard care routine and this package seemed pretty good as far as value for the money and overall I would say it was a great buy except, I as someone who has never been allergic to anything ended up having a pretty bad reaction to these products a month or so after use. Not sure which ingredient caused the problem since there are so many and like I said I’ve never had any reactions to anything before but I did end up having to see a doctor for the dermatitis it gave me. Just be careful.
