Colors of the Ocean Adult Coloring Book Spiral-bound – January 1, 2017

ColorIt is a favorite of mine among adult coloring books. There is a wide variety of themes with very creative designs to color. The books themselves are sturdy, spiral bound and perforated.

Absolutely loving this coloring book! However I did remove one start because certain details like lines aren’t the best. Like when you are coloring you will notice some lines don’t add up or there are random lines that kind of kill the pattern.However that being said I would still recommend it the picture are pretty and after trying a few ocean ones this one is one of the best.

This is such an awesome coloring book. I purchased this spiral adult coloring book for the first time, and I am so impressed with the quality of it. The spiral binding is good quality, and each page has a perforated tear if you desire to remove it from the book. The pages are great quality, and do not allow the gel pens to bleed through at all. Each page has a sturdiness that does not cause impressions to go through to the next page. Best of all, each page has one print on each page. There is not a print on the back. I will be looking for more books to purchased from this author in the future. Highly recommend!

The pictures are wonderful. There are several with amazing detail. I also like the spiral binder and thick pages.BUT: there is another customer review that states the pages are off set leaving a big gap at the top of the page and cutting off some of the pictures at the bottom. This is true. It’s a little frustrating to look at an off center picture while some pictures aren’t completely there.

I got Color-its Blissful Scenes first and really enjoyed it. The pictures were great, the paper stock is fantastic, and you absolutely cannot beat a spiral bound book for coloring. Then I got Colors of the Ocean. The pictures are much more detailed -- you need really sharp pencils for a lot of the coloring. My only dislike is that many of the pictures are too similar and I feel like I'm coloring the same scene over and over again. If I pay this much for a coloring book, I want to love everything about it. I will try more Color-it books though. I feel they are truly made for adults who love to color to relieve stress and just have fun.

Nice book. I love this brand. All are easy to use especially because of the spiral.

I have always loved ocean scenes, as I love the creatures that dwell in the sea. This book is filled with intriguing, beautiful hand-drawn pictures of the ocean and its inhabitants. The paper is top quality. The book has the spiral-bound top, which makes it so very easy to use and color. Every piece that you color can be easily removed by folding the perforated top-edge and removing the picture. You won't get bored with this outstanding selection. So far, this is my second favorite of the Colorit Books. I am slowly building my collection of Colorit Adult Coloring Books - I feel they are the best I've ever used or seen.

I love both your pencils and the books. The books because they are single sided and spiral bound, both pluses for me. I also really, really, like the pencils. I do wish that I could order multiples of single pencils. Seems I'm always running out of the yellows, browns and greens that are my favorites. If you check the Blick Colored Pencil website you will see that they allow the purchase of individual pencils. Also you were asking about new coloring books. How about a major holidays coloring book. Too political??? Anyway, I really enjoy your products and hope you keep the new coloring books coming. I currently have 5.

I love ColorIt books, and have been gathering most of them over time. I usually read through the reviews before a purchase because pictures of the book are included and can be helpful in reaching a decision. One thing I noticed and was concerned about was the poor publishing job in some of the reviews where pictures were not centered or cut off the page. Deciding to take the chance anyway, I received this book and everything is perfect!! Perhaps the issue was revised so if you wanted this book and were worried about the same thing, don't be!!

Overall a gorgeous book with wonderful prints and nice thick paper and I really enjoy the spiral bind at the top of the book rather than the side, however I was really disappointed to find when mine arrived it was all completely misprinted the same as another review on here, half the pages were cut off and the other half completely blank. This was sooo disappointing and basically I have never used this book because of that issue. Thankfully Amazon were good enough to fully refund me.

Pros: I really like this book. Pages feel of quality. Drawings are all really beautiful, my coloured pencils lay down nicely on the page.Cons: I’m disappointed some of the pictures are off centre as I’ve shown. As well as the side of my book was damaged in transit.Overall, I’d recommend this book! Happy colouring!

Cute but some very very small

I really enjoy these colouring books. However, with this book the printing of the pages is off which is disappointing!
