Can taste (no plastic after taste) the difference. We use them for biking, send on with our son's lunch (his school requires clear containers), and have one in the car to hydrate on the go! We probably have 8-10 of these bottles.I took up a great idea, and buy a set of new bottles for each of us each Christmas.I used to throw the old - typical plastic bottles away (OK, recycle them) but these purist bottles last for years, with no funny after taste.I do likr the nipple shown on this bottle - they have another cap, that is always open, so if it tips over, it leaks

Works perfectly for me!!! I kept getting really frustrated with closing other bottles, but this one I can open and close with my teeth! Exellent water flow. I take this everywhere, hiking, work, gardening, etc!!!I appreciate the wide flow top too! Idk what the regular one is like but this is perfect!!

I had one of these for several years and it not not impart a plastic taste to the water in it. Had I not lost it recently, I would still be using it. Worth the extra price.

It doesn't leak or make the water taste bad. Otherwise, I can't think of anything elaborate to say about a water bottle. It does a good job as a water bottle.

Not sure why the product failed, but I brought it to their attention and heard absolutely nothing. Customer service is a lost art and skill. Shameful.

I've had the same two bottles for at least four years and I love them still. Either on the bike or at the gym they have never let me down. If you close them properly they do not leak and mine have NO issue with mold. I would rather not have a bottle that has some sort of antibacterial properties to it anyway. I wash these whenever I use them and I have never had an issue and I'm a neat freak about these things.

Despite claims to the contrary water from the bottle has a plastic taste to me (unlike some other brands). Also I don't care for the spout, even when it's pulled up to the open position there is some kind of no-drip valve so you have to suck hard and squeeze the bottle to get the water to flow, then when you're done drinking the bottle remains partially collapsed for while until the valve gradually allows air back into the bottle, reinserting a partially collapsed bottle back into the bottle cage is awkward.

Moflo cap leaks (steady drip). Must keep bottle upright. Photo shows a brown bottle, mine is smoky grey.
