I purchased one of these a while back and broke it out to cut landscape fabric and harborfreight tarps I'm using as ground-cover. While the dirty environment dulled the blade fairly rapidly (hitting rocks and running through dirt isn't good for any blade) these lasted long enough to get the job done, and worked much better than a straight blade. The tool opens easily with a screw driver, so flipping and changing blades was fast and easy. The handle is well-built and the retractor worked reliably, making it safe to stick it in my back pocket. Highly recommended.

I have no problems with the knife. It seems very well built and works just like it's supposed to. The 6 spare blades are also a very nice addition and have already done me well.

The utility knife is sturdy. Feels slightly heavy in the hand. This is good as it indicates it is made of a decent class of metal. I bought this to use hook type blades with the knife. The blade change was not too difficult.It was easier than the generic Home Depot knives I have used. It is a good value for the price.

The second time using this utility knife, the button to extend/retract the blade broke off. I contacted support and they sent me a new one immediately. Thats pretty great.

As described metal body knife

This comes with a standard blade, and you have to swap it to the hook blade. However the screw to change blades was SO TIGHT that it bent my screwdriver.
