They don't really hold up. They tend to fall or break apart after a very short time of wearing them.

Product was recalled due to contamination and I did not seek a refund. What a shame that because I will never purchase this brand again.

I always have challenges with tampons leaking on me, but some are better than others. These are the worst I've tried. Leakage all over the place, almost immediately after insertion! No recall/infection problems as others reported (I'm writing this a year later than those people, guess the problem was worked out) but if you are the type of woman who maybe isn't shaped perfectly round like a tampon (who the heck is???) and has trouble with leakage - I suggest this might be a brand to avoid. Going back to OB (not because they're perfect but because at least they're more environmentally friendly.)

Ouch is all i can say when it comes to these. I've given birth to 3 kids vaginally and these hurt! I feel as if I'm being stretched, oh and it makes me itchy.

I got an infection after using these. There was a coupon on the box for free vaginal wash so i got it(it wasn't caused buy the wash, I am still using the brand I have been using since Novemeber - Summer Eve). Needless to say, I wont be buying this again.

I might be the only one that remembers those commercials, but it's true. This isn't my mom's tampon...She used OB and I could never get them comfortable. These have a smooth plastic applicator and insert easily nearly every time. I'm a long time user (20+) years and have tried others when they were on sale or I had a great coupon. I always come back to these. I finally gave up on the "deals" since they were never as comfortable.As far as the recall - that was in Fall of 2011. The problem has been fixed by now. I've never had an issue with an infection from using Kotex.
