This faucet looks great with my new kitchen! It’s great quality and nice packaging. The only one star short is because the faucet only comes with one mode which is the steady stream, no spray switch. It’s easy to pull and so far no leaks are detected.

My previous complaint was that the nozzle got too hot to handle when running hot water. Customer service at Agua Stella contacted me the next day. They said that a fix had recently been made available and that they would send a newly designed nozzle right away. Shipping info was provided right away. The new unit , which was shipped from China, arrived when noted. Installation took approximately 1 minute, with no tools required.(Old nozzle screwed off and the new on screwed on, with no issues) The design of the nozzle is very effective. The nozzle will become a bit warm, but much cooler than the previous design and certainly not objectionable.. If hot water was run through the unit for 1/2 hour or so, it might become too hot to handle. I am very pleased with the response of customer service and the design of the replacement nozzle.

Mixing valve failed after one week of use. The hot & cold water lines not properly tighten.After I gave this product a 1 star for the reason above. A company rep contacted me directly and sent a new faucet quick ship. When I received the email stated that a new faucet was on its way. I explained that I took the faucet apart and discovered that it was only loose hose connection. I received new faucet yesterday and was contacted as soon as the company rep was notified package arrived. I was to inspect faucet to see if any of the hoses loose. They were not. Company rep sent back their action plan to ensure that all faucets will be inspected for loose hoses, plus they're going to update installation instructions to explain to check hoses for proper tightness.

I didn't know what to expect when I ordered this faucet because the low price seemed too good to be true or the old "you get what you pay for" adage. It arrived within 2 days and was ordered as a replacement for an older (20 yrs) kitchen faucet. It took me well over an hour to remove the old faucet using multiple tools and only about 20 minutes to install this new faucet with only one tool. I am impressed with the quality of it, fit and finish and it works great! Very happy with my purchase from this company and it is exactly as promised.

The product looks very nice and fineThe huge problem comes when conecting it in America it seems all connections are for Europe I bought it for México and can not get the proper size of connection to install it!!

Update: the seller contacted me immediately and shipped out a new faucet. They said save this one for parts so I didn’t have the hassle of returning it. It is beautiful. CAnt wait to install it!not sure how one can even ship this - the spout is damaged, the finish is scratched and looks rusty - just opened the box. I really wanted to love this faucet and now have to ship it back... quality control needs to be implemented.

I like it, knew there was no spray, haven't really missed it....was in the back of my head a few times when rinsing a bowl previously used for oatmeal...lolBut the price and estectics evens it out.I do wish there was an included base plate, there was not, but I knew this when I purchased. I noted the stem diameter and got a matte black one from another manufacturer, seem less application and color match.
