My Big Book of Spanish Words (Spanish and English Edition)

This book is great! Big, thick, sturdy pages! It helps to know the pronunciation of Spanish so you can say it to your kids, but even if you don't, at least it gives them a general idea of how to say the words. I'm sure that's better than nothing. The pages are colorful, and I'm very excited to give this book to my niece for X-mas this year! Heck, this book would be great for ME to learn more Spanish as I know very little. More incentive for me to visit my niece and read her this book while I'm there, however! :) The book ranges from about 5-9 words per page, with 14 pages in the entire book.

This is the perfect Spanish book for young children. My son started taking Spanish in preschool and wanted to practice his words at home. This is the perfect book. It’s big and hard back so easy to take care of and clean

Book is cute and pictures are nice. Not as many words as I thought there would be per page, despite being titled a "big" book. It would be helpful to have some guidance with pronunciation for people who do not speak Spanish.

I bought this book for my 2 year old because we want to teach her Spanish. I was able to see it before I bought it since my sister-on-law had purchased one for my nephew. I loved how big and colorful the book was so bought one too. My 2 year old loves it as well!

Love it, we are expecting our daughter in September and getting her books together.. husband only speaks Spanish so it's a great book for me to learn also.

pictures good for dual language and english speakers - to learn communication skills

I bought this for a friend's little one and I get weekly videos of him exclusively wanting this book.

This book is great. Lots of pictures to point to and we alternate between asking in Spanish and English. I started reading this book to my daughter when she was 6 months and she loves it more and more as she gets older. Helps me with my Spanish as well!

The illustrations are a little odd, but lots of bright colours and the content is excellent. Words for things that the child encounters everyday like colours, shapes, numbers and objects in the house.

My little niece is learning english and she loved the book, it's strong enugh for little kids, and the colors and figures are quite nice. I think the quality-price ratio is quite ok.
