Excellent product the only thing slightly annoying it's hard to clean. We put foil in to protect it. Apart from that love it.

It's all there!
Less than 24 hours after ordering, the item arrived. I was a little concerned as I had only read the recent review AFTER I ordered the item, with the last few stating that the aroma vessel hadn't arrived. I had no such issue thankfully. Not only was it there, but I love the ingenious way that it clips onto the tray. It seems fairly sturdy, so I hope it lasts.My only gripe is that is has arrived in a slightly shabby chic condition, with the handles looking like someone kicked it across the warehouse. However this is for barbecues, not dinner parties, so I am happy enough!

Navaris chicken roaster tray
The roaster came incomplete and I couldn't get the central column/support to follow. I was offered a refund but nothing other. I made the decision to modify the unit to suit.

I had a non-stick one of the these, but the grill pretty much killed the non-stick coating, and eventually it had a coating of cooked-on grease that I don't think anything short of dynamite could have gotten off. I tried the power buster degreasing spray. It had no effect, even left overnight. Then I forgot it on the bottom of the grill, and stayed there all winter, and it rusted. So I threw it away, and now I have a regular stainless steel one. It works just as well, and it's easier to clean, because I can scrub it. Chicken tastes amazing cooked on one of these!
