I actually took the time to do a real in depth review of this so ur welcome. My before picture is the one in the green. I have pretty bad heat and bleach damaged 3b curls and have been working on healing and growing them for a LONG time so you can trust me. Now I got this product because I’m trying to grow out my hair and as you can clearly tell it did not do that so 0 stars for growth which was disappointing but to be fair I did get a little trim during this process. Anyways I gave it 5 stars because it actually did do as it was advertised to do and I feel like my hair looks and feels healthier(I did also change up my curl routine during this process so it could be that aswell) idk but honestly I feel like I worked but idk if I would spend 30$ on it again for 30$ it should’ve made my fricken hair grow but anyways it did what it said so 5 stars I guess

I’ve been taking this supplement for over 2 months maybe 3 and I can notice a difference. My hair feels thicker and I don’t have to clean my brush out as much but you have to be consistent. I also take multivitamins and use the red bed which helps stimulate hair follicles.

I have been taking 2 capsules a day for 5 months. My fingernails are stronger and I am growing new hair and less hair seems to be falling out. 77 yrs old

Good product. Makes my hair, skin, look healthy. This is my second bottle of these vitamins I've purchased. They are less expensive as some other brands and I believe they work just as well. They are not too hard to swallow and they leave no funky aftertaste. I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve the health of your hair, skin, and nails.

Doing a lot of stuff for my hair so hard to know what’s working but seems like a good product and my hair quality is definitely improving.

What can I say, this stuff works. I cried every time I combed my hair as my comb was full of hair. My hair stopped falling out after using it for only 2 days. I have yet to see and new hair growth, but I am more than pleased that my hair is no longer falling out. I have only been taking these for about 2 weeks so we will see about the new growth. I highly recommend these for hair loss!!!!
