I've been in a hormonal funk. No energy, mood swings, weight gain. Just blah. Figured I'd give these a try even though the 'other' brand is more expensive and advertised a lot. These mushroom gummies worked for me after taking them for 3 days !!! I started cleaning, journaling again, had a 'pep my step'. It's not like they have a 'speedy feeling' ; they make me feel normal with an extra something. Can't beat the price compared to ones I've seen advertised. They taste great and no after taste. I am not getting rewarded for this review. I take in the morning after breakfast or I've even forgot to yesterday and took the dosage (2) around 2:00 in afternoon and still slept like a baby. I don't usually buy supplement gummies but I've been wanting to try some mushroom complex gummies and these were terrible, I'm sorry. Even though I didn't like them from the start, I still finished the whole bottle just to see if they would provide what they claimed to provide. They taste like plastic/the container they're in and I felt no boost in energy, no extra focus, nothing. A totally pointless purchase, unfortunately. Going to try another brand.
