Kenmore 4.5 cu. ft. Front Load Washer - Metallic Silver

After using this washer for a while, I can honestly say it's been a great upgrade. My old machine always seemed to leave towels feeling stiff and clothes never quite smelled as fresh as I'd hoped. This one has been a completely different experience. The steam cycle was one of the main reasons I bought it, and it's actually more useful than I expected. It does a great job on everyday stains and seems to freshen up clothes that have been sitting in the laundry basket a little too long. I still pretreat really stubborn stains, but I've definitely noticed fewer items needing a second wash. One thing I really appreciate is how quiet it is. Even during the spin cycle, it doesn't sound like it's trying to take off across the laundry room. I can run it in the evening without feeling like the whole house knows I'm doing laundry. The drum is a nice size too. It easily handles comforters, large towel loads, and bulky blankets without feeling crammed. My clothes also seem to come out with less wear and tear compared to my old top-loader. I was a little intimidated by all the different wash settings at first, but after using it a few times, everything became pretty straightforward. The controls are easy to navigate, and I like having options depending on what I'm washing. Overall, I'm really happy with this washer. It cleans exceptionally well, runs quietly, and the steam feature isn't just a gimmick—it actually makes a noticeable difference. If you're looking for a dependable front-load washer with plenty of capacity and useful features, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a look.

After having my old Kenmore washer and dryer that lasted 18 good years, I decided to start searching for a new combo. Unfortunately, Kenmore has stopped their production. I started searching all other brands for over a year and was not happy with any of them. I was considering GE profile which it was the most recommended one. I'm glad I didn't make that big mistake. I'm extremely happy with this pair of work horses I got from Kenmore. Well built, it's strong and made of high quality components. Love that it let's you know exactly how many minutes the cycle will last. I already washed 4 very stained and dirty winter coats in it and they came out spotless clean!!! The tub is good size for a big loads, including quilts. Noise level is very low. Easy to use and allows you to customize your settings. I highly recommend this product. I know it will last me another good 15+ years, and that's enough for me. Worth every penny!!!

Sarah has the worst service I’ve ever had in my life and I’m 75 years old. I bought this washing machine four loads later the pump stopped working call to have it repaired for warranty. They canceled on me two times and I asked them to bring out a pump because I knew that’s what it was when the technician got here he had no pump. He opened it up with it and got it to work, but said that he didn’t understand why they stopped working and that he would order me a new pump put me on a schedule then they canceled a couple more times and they came out to put it in the guy put the pump in, but when he was disconnecting the computer and that he broke it, he put it back together and disappeared later I got a text saying that the part had been ordered and I was rescheduled now they have canceled twice the same dayguy so everything was put aside for them and they don’t even have enough class to give you a warning the day before I am still waiting for another appointment that AL will probably cancel anyways and there’s absolutely nobody to talk to except a stupid machine, Sears has gone way downhill and they don’t back up their products.

We are super happy with this washer. It is nice and quiet. We are able to use it inside the home. We are happy with the size of it, and it fits our family well. It's easy to operate, so even the kids can wash clothes. I think it's worth the price.

Arrived without incident to my remote and rural home town of East Butfuk, Maine: it came impressively packaged, safe and sound. Had I to do it over I’d have waited for summer and picked up a front loader on marketplace for 115 bucks. But whatever. If you have ever had the pleasure of dismantling a washing machine, you will understand that it holds the remnants of its previous owners… And for that it’s worth it. She is my very own brand new washing machine. Nobody’s goobligoggs in it. Deducting one star because I can’t watch the laundry going round and round because the door window is tinted too dark. That was half the reason I got a front loader…..

I love my new washing machine! I can’t brag enough about the delivery, the guys were great and went above and beyond taking the washing machine out of the box for me:) The machine is a lot bigger than I expected, but runs pretty quiet and all settings seem to function properly. It looks nice and it’s a great buy overall!

Very happy with my new washer. Delivered, installed and old washer hauled away. Has many selections for water temperature, dirt level, and spin speed. Quiet operation. Has options for prewash treatment. Dispensers for detergent, bleach, fabric softener. Exceeds my expectations. I have never been disappointed with Kenmore appliances.

I was worried about ordering such a large applicance off of Amazon, however the whole process was seamless. The Washing machine arrived within 2 days of ordering it, and the delivery guy offered to place it where ever we wanted. We had never installed a washing machine before and were nervous, but it was so easy. We just removed the shipping bolts and rubber washers first, then used the color coded water lines to place the water hoses on. Make sure you remove the stoppers inside of the water lines or the washer will not work! I love that it has all the needed options and fits a full size queen comforter plus sheets with a little room to spare!
