I’m addicted 100% addicted!! First time trying this and I love it! BUT I swear it Feels like there’s caffeine in it!?? I find myself to be fully energized but no shakes?!so it can’t be ?? But why can’t I sleep when I have this!?? I was in the hospital once and I had to have surgery and my potassium and magnesium levels were low and I remember them giving me straight up this weird powder it was like a vitamin well I guess it was a vitamin and they put it in cranberry juice or orange juice whatever they had and this brings me back to that and I was so depleted in my levels that the Stuff stuff actually tasted good!! and the nurses were laughing at me because they were like most people hate the taste of this and I’m like no I love it I absolutely love it and this stuff brings me back to what they gave me in the hospital ha so I guess I’m still dehydrated and lacking my potassium in them and magnesium but I guess not anymore now but I’m drinking this!! I just wish I knew why it feels like it messes with my sleep I don’t see anyone else saying that?

Updating this: Seller reached out to me. I will be looking forward to trying a different flavor. Thank you!! I just got this yesterday, so I can’t attest to what the product is doing for me. The taste is too sicky sweet. I love my sweets, and I love cotton candy, but I’m struggling with this. I put one packet in a 40 oz tumbler, so maybe that is my problem. I’m not sure if ai will be able to finish my 1st mix.

Taste was good. It definitely taste like cotton candy but there is no way it doesn’t have sugar because some of the packets are hard as a rock and they are oozing a sap like substance from it. I haven’t gotten the product wet or anything either.

These are absolutely delicious. I put one packet in my 40oz bottle and it’s the perfect amount of flavor for me. I love that these are sugar free as well. I’m a cotton candy fiend, and these taste a million times better than the Liquid IV brand ones. If you like cotton candy flavor, give these a try!

EDIT/UPDATE Per refund guidelines, items like this aren’t refundable. So obviously I was surprised when I received the notification that they had. Im impressed by a company that was responsive to a personal complaint to the product and made an exception and gave a refund. Great customer service. Original review: If I could return this, I would. It’s like drinking citric acid and table salt with a weird taste. It aggravates my reflux. It doesn’t make me feel good and it makes me thirsty. Absolutely would never recommend. I was interested in it because it was for hydration but also had other vitamins minerals in it, etc. But it’s definitely a no would not recommend this.

Does not taste like cotton candy at all! The taste is fine, it just tastes sweet. I need more flavor to give it more stars. Especially for the price. Otherwise it dissolves well and is sugar free. But won’t purchase again.

These are so yummy! As someone that struggles with object permanence when it comes to my water cup (aka chronically dehydrated), I need the hydration boost and haven’t liked other brands. I like how the flavor is not as in-your-face sweet as other big brands. The powder dissolves easy and I don’t find myself having to stir before every drink like others I’ve tried. Very accurate cotton candy flavor! I haven’t used them long enough to say how effective they are, but they sure are tasty and I drink more water because I look forward to having one of these sticks lmao. The price is great for the amount of sticks you get too!

I was very unimpressed with this electrolyte powder and regret that I spent so much on a product I will likely not use. The taste was not good - rather than a “cotton candy” flavor, it tasted like someone accidentally mixed some salt in the sugar shaker. There is a vague candy-ish taste, but it is more sweetness than any real flavor. I have POTS. I have been using electrolyte supplements for going on two decades. This is one of the least concentrated ones I’ve tried, yet it is one of the saltiest tasting. Very strange.
