I love coloring when my husband is watching sports on tv. It relaxes me while still being involved and in the room with him. I especially like the fact that it lays flat and you don’t have the annoying edges to fuss with while you are trying to color the edges! And did I forget the blot page? It’s great! Since my hands start to hurt easily, it’s easier for me to use gel pens now so the blot page is a great advantage. This company will get more business from me!

Make sure you have crayons or colored pencils so that you can begin.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Worth the cost for sure!These books are a little pricey so I went with the cheaper beat of book. I love the picture options and the paper is card stock quality. I’m currently in a gel pen phase so this is PERFECT!! I’d love to try the pens and more books as soon as I can afford it. I deal with an array of psychological disorders so one of my tools is coloring when I can. I’m not much of an artist but learning. I can’t wait to try more of these wonderful books and Hoping I can afford the pen sets when I start running out of the ink in my current ones. Thank you Colorit!!! Finally a one sided page that doesn’t bleed with pictures I love. Usually all I can find is mandalas or obscene books. Wish I had more time in the day to spend filling in the pages.

I have become addicted to adult coloring books. I found that there is a bit of Zen at the end of a pen when coloring. I always found that not all coloring books are equal. Pages printed on both sides are not good as color shows throw. Thin pages are not good as it doesn't absorb the color correctly. Spiral bound is best as its easier to position the book. I also found that variety of subject matter adds the the happy experience. This book give you a little of everything. Maybe to help a beginner find their favorite theme. This book does have a few pages with very thick black outline. I have not seen this before. Its going to be interesting to see how this colors out. Also I suggest a web search on methods to coloring these books and the different pens, pencils, markers etc... available and how to use them. I had not idea what a difference a white pencil makes on a project. Also, look up crafts with finished adult coloring pages. I found beautiful ideas of things to make with finished pages.

I'm a huge fan of Color it and all spiral books..the quality is usually great and all Mandalas are beautiful.This is the first book I'm disappointed in.As a "Best of" of all the books, they choose not really nicely themes and patterns. Some patterns are with thick black lines. Some are with large huge spaces in between which will cost you an entire gel pen refill if you using gel pens. The themes are very romantic, naive or jungle in between.The paper quality is not as good as usual but still good enough to color with gel pens easily.If you don't mind and care about the pictures you coloring, if you looking forward to more different patterns and mandalas, stay with the mandala collection.

Bought this as a gift for my wife. She has several different adult coloring books, but remarked that only this one has a balanced texture that allows for very clean distribution of the graphite. Nice even color. They also make the paper perforated up top so you can remove each page cleanly. High quality.

After I finish each "color it" book, I order them again as I love the variety. So much fun!Donna Doyle
