Folding Dough Sheeter with 2 Sheeter Boards, Stainless Steel, Adjustable Thickness, Manual Dough Roller Machine

Terrible product!! I’ve only used 9 times and with each use something goes wrong. This last time is the worst. With every pass of the dough, screws pop out hand have to be pushed back in place. Now they are just dropping out onto the counter when used and the inner workings make crunchy, grounding sounds. It is completely unusable! I would like a refund (I paid over $400) or replacement with another brand sheeter! See attached video of use.

I love the ease of rolling dough, but the rubber piece keeps coming off the middle wheel, and as another reviewer demonstrated, the thickness adjustment on one side doesn’t pop in without being forced.

The dough sheeted I believe would be a great product however I received a product that is defective. I am not sure who I need to contact to fix the problem and or replace it. I paid a lot of money for it in my opinion and the first time I use it this is what happened. The key to mark the thickness of the dough does not pop in easily on one side. It only goes in on the lowest setting with force. See video
