Highly recommended affordable tracker
This is a great upgrade from the Wesoo K1. The band is much bigger and the screen is larger. This should fit a larger variety of people. It is very bright and easy to read. The display is very colorful and you get more information from the main screen compared to its predecessor. It charged initially within 5 minutes. I have had the tracker for over 4 days and the battery is still going strong. This is a great fitness tracker and very affordable. I have owned the popular expensive brand name tracker and it broke within a year of daily use. This one holds up better and has just as many features.

So far so good
Update : it's actually working quite well. Guess it just needed some getting used to. I still have been unable to contact customer service. The email, t.needhelps.net, comes back as an invalid email address. Not as good as my first tracker but its working. The size is good for the size of my wrist. I like the blue band and the fact that the screen is in color. I also like the fact that stats are accessible from the first page of the watch. I charged for 5 minutes per the instructions but that only got me about 45%. It was dying so I put it back on charge and maybe an hour later it was fully charged. The device also track hear rate continuously. Other devices it was a manual action. All in all, a decent watch for the money as I refused (although slightly tempted) to purchase the more expensive trackers. Another reason I choose this one was because of the USB charging instead of having to use the ones that have the pins that have to make contact with the plates on the back of the watch. When purchasing these types of items unfortunately you're rolling the dice on what type of companion app you're getting. My first 2 trackers used VeryFit Pro 2 and it was awesome. This watch uses WearFit 2.0 and it's ok. Pairing/binding was actually quick and easy and I appreciate that. The first pic of the app shows personal info. I'm not sure if the size of the display for my phone but it's all bunched together. The 2nd screen shot shows where you enter the personal information. My issue here is that step length, fall asleep time and awake time I am not sure of the purpose. My last device automatically detected I was sleep, how long I slept and deep sleep and all that. This one I had to enter a specific time. The next pic is of the settings. The 12 Hour System selection has me confused. 24-hour is military time and I didn't want that so I set to 12 hour instead. So on my device time shows 11:55 p.m. But then for 12:00 midnight it shows 0000 (military time). The next screen shot shows what happens when I select Take Exercise. A popup saying Log in. But go back to the personal info page and it says click on image to login. When doing so, it goes back to the front page when you first open the app. My device is already bound, Third-party login takes you to Twitter (no account), Facebook (I have but I don't wish to use it) and finally Linked in. Again an app I do not use. So, where and how am I supposed to log in? Also, anytime I send feedback the app shuts down but comes back up quickly. The first few times in feed back I entered my phone then the last entry was my email. I have received no response either way. My next step is to check the piece of paper that came with as there was an email there. So, customer service for me is lacking.

great product
I use for a weight loss program and I love it I am not a smart tech person but it is easy to use should fit most wrist sizes I am a medium wrist and it is plenty big enough for me. I priced alot of these trackers and I liked the reviews on amazon everyone had something good to say about this product and since it was my first tracker purchase I wanted something with a reasonable price and ease of use, The only thing I would suggest is if you have a highly active job don.t wear it to work I am a cashier and constantly use my hands at my job and I did slightly bang my tracker and I think I might have chiped it slightly but thats my fault . I is very good looking and very stylish. In the future I will upgrade Love my tracker

Great purchase!
So I LOVE to swim. I do other exercises, but I really like to swim. I am getting older so that is probably the reason. I wanted a motion tracker that I could use in the pool, so it had to be waterproof. I bought a couple of other devices but they either had a crappy interface, or the display was hard to read. This little Akuti works wonderfully! The thing is waterproof down to a meter or so, which is fine for swimming. I even wear it in the shower to rinse off the chlorine afterwards. It has an easy to read display. And the band is very solid. (Another brand's broke when I got it!)I love that I can set it to show the time when I lift my arm up.....I know that sounds lazy, but it's a nice feature. The only downside that I have seen is that when I charge it the screen doesn't go black. It stays lit. I charge it on my nightstand, so it gives off a little light. But other than that, I love the device!

Just sent my Back
App does not work, keeps shutting down. I think if you don’t give it access to your phone contacts and permission to control your phone it doesn’t work. In my opinion it’s another way to get your personal information. I needed it to track my fitness, steps, heart rate, distance, speed etc, not personal life and business info.

Great, affordable alternative to more expensive brands
My 10 year old daughter was saving money to buy a fitness tracker. She had been eyeing a more expensive brand that just came out with a version for kids, but had nowhere near the amount of money for it. So we started looking for more affordable trackers and landed on the Akuti S1. She gives it 5 stars and likes that it doesn't stick out far, and the battery lasts a long time between charges. My daughter would like to be able to turn off the heart rate monitor, but we haven't found a way to do that. Otherwise, she really likes it and it has worked well for her needs.

Excellent Alternative!
I wanted to try a fitness tracker "just for fun". Had no real need to count steps, heart rate (have monitored that for years), sleep patterns (kept me awake thinking about it the first night I wore it!), or the myriad other things a tracker does. The Akuti was and is my perfect alternative to the more expensive brands. It is very affordable, easy to use and sync with app, and has performed flawlessly since I purchased it. The novelty of the device dissipated quickly (at least for me) but, for the price, it certainly is one of the more "fun gadgets" that I have come across.
