Let me start by saying I can't believe I found this product on Amazon but I am so glad I did! I don't usually write reviews but Kool Down has been such a life saver I felt I had to. When my wife and I went on our "Babymoon" before the birth of our first daughter we spent a weekend relaxing in Panama City Beach. Unfortunately, she got severely sunburned. I was worried sick about her because she was in such pain and discomfort. I went to the concierge of our hotel and asked if they had anything that could help, they did not. All they had was sun tan lotion and a product that had aloe for mild sunburn. Aloe didn't help. The lady in the gift shop told me to go to one of the locally owned stores and ask for anything with Lidocaine as that is what would relieve my wife's pain. So I did and the store manager told me about Kool Down. It was a miracle for us. It really helped make my wife more comfortable. Now we have two little girls and we always take it with us on beach trips in case they (or we) get sunburned. With Spring Break this week I went on Amazon to order supplies for our trip and to see if there was something similar to Kool Down I could get because it's not sold in stores where I live. What a wonderful surprise to see that it is available on Amazon now!!! My advice: if you're going to the beach take Kool Down along. You really will be glad you did.

Label on the bottle noted NEW. No safety on the bottle. Once the top was opened, no seal on the inside. The content was grainy and there was some area that the content had dried up.Would like to return but Kohls is not open and do not want to go to the post office.Was of my money. Going into the trash. Thanks!

This product is amazing. I keep mine in the fridge and Ive ysed it twice already. Once on my husband who had a very red sunburn on the back of his neck lvl0 pain thanks to this. Then a coworker of mine dumper boiling hot coffee on herself causing blisters and discoloration. I gave her some of this and she said it has been helpful! 10/10 recommend

Love Kool Down. Have used it for years. I gave 4 stars because it isn't available in spray form. With this lotion you have to touch the burn to apply. When it hurts you don't want it to be touched!

I’ve searched the edges of the earth for this product! I had used this product as a child years ago when I got sun poisoning and it was amazing! I hadn’t been able to find it until my daughter had gotten a blistering sun burn and I accidentally found it on Amazon. My daughter thanks you as do I!

Best value for the money & it works on everything! I've been using Kool-Down since the 1990's! Best medicine on the market! Great for sunburns, bug bites, cuts, everything! Highly recommend keeping this on hand at all times!

I honestly cannot recommend Kool Down enough. We just got back from the beach and I was burnt all over my back. The only reason I didn’t have to come home earlier was because of this stuff!!! My best suggestion is putting in on a wet washcloth and sticking it in the fridge for when (not if, but when) you need it after getting sunburned. Definitely an amazing pain and itch reliever during the hot summer months in Georgia!!

You will NOT be wasting your $$ if you purchase this sunburn aid. We've been using it for years; it was recommended by a pharmacist in Panama City Beach many years ago as being the best solution for a sunburn from hell. We will NEVER use anything else!!!!!!
