About TWICE as big as I thought originally, granted im thin built and this will be perfect for anyone with massive knees.They'd almost work as shoulder protection on me lolGood and simple, they'll help with installing work since im down on my knees on hard floors a lot, even if their look is a bit obvious. They feel soft and distribute the load well.The large size (5 x 7 inches on the orange plates) may be a bit awkward to walk with, but the priority is clearly protection and they achieved that perfectly

These are a great knee pads. They are very comfortable. With the 2 separate straps they stay on your knees. Velcro straps make it easy to adjust to your legs. A good product.

Only wore them once but are well made, comfortable and most importantly don't slip down your legs when going from kneeling to walking around!

These are by far the most comfortable knee pads I've ever used! They work fantastically on a roof or rock landscaping or concrete floor/sidewalk. They are resistant to wear. Quick on and equally quick off. The Velcro straps make it so easy to adjust the tightness and comes with extra Velcro to extend the straps if you're wearing insulated coveralls or have larger legs. No snaps or buckles to adjust.
