No primer
The carb works as it should and fits pretty well. I put it on a Troy-Bilt roto-tiller with a Tecumseh TC-300 motor. The fuel inlet on the carb bumped up against the magneto housing a little bit, but doesn't seem to be an issue.I rated four stars because there's no inlet for the primer bulb fuel line, so it doesn't work perfectly on the machine I'm using. My motor doesn't have a choke, so putting this carb on it made it difficult to start (I had to spray starter fluid into the cylinder).

This will not work with jiffy ice auger
I order this by model and spec. Once installed will not run on idle. you can start it on full choke and run it but once choke is off it stops. will run on midrange and wide open but not on idle. There is a idle adjustment screw but that doesn't seem to function.

Exact fit
This carburetor fit my ice auger perfectly. I never thought I'd find parts to fit this old thing, but now it runs on first pull.

Not a bad replacement
Carb had a broken plastic fuel elbow, this one was a metal elbow. Worked ok at first, needed the idle screws adjusted and then the main needle needed adjusting. Finally got the fuel air mixture right and it works much better, sucks you have to really f with it before it works right. OK for the price, tecumseh bends you over for 8x the price, new motor is only $40 more then their carb.

Throttle plate was not smooth at all it would stick at either end, either wide open or closed it would stick there useless you used your fingers to either open or close it
