Practice makes perfect
Works well after you get the hang of how to use it-practice with slightly wet and well rested atta, atta should be wet enough so that it is not possible to use a chakla and belan-Do not pot a rasgulla shaped round on the hot surface, flatten it by hand till it's less than a cm thick.-Place the lowi near the top of the roti maker under the control button away from the handel side, this way it will be even and not thick on one side.-To get more even roti, make lowi that is slightly thicker on one side and thin on the other, place the thicker side near the top, there is more pressure on the top, when you press on a thicker side it becomes flat without breaking and creates more even rotiThis takes practice, don't give up after 3-5 times

Not happy. No time saved no expected results.
The roti makers don't and will never work as expected. Reason being it will not work with whole wheat flour it needs the elasticity of maida . Secondly even if you make almost a paste like dough it will make round rotis but again it will be soft to touch but rubbery to eat. Reason being the dough is pressed which stretches it tearing the dough in patches which makes it rubber. The sides will stay raw and become hard and inedible my concern was it could save time but it actually takes more time it will take time to heat up and once the dough goes in and the shutters are pressed the roti will either go into dustbin or you'll have to eat it you can repair the roti like we can do while making manually. Overall I would not recommend

Good but costly
When I bought it the price was 2299/-. That was costly. Product is easy to use. It is also shockproof for its hard plastic body.Update:It stopped working. There is no service point in my district. So I had to go far away to repair it. They took my product for service . Now I'm waiting. Need to go again to take it back.Update again:Got back the product. It is repaired from service centre and as of warranty no cost charged for repairing.

Does not make good chapati but makes good Khaira .
Easy to use Please rename as khakrara maker. You will get 5 stars. It makes things roti but not like natural home made. In combination with gas results are good.

Works just fine
Alright let me get this straight. If you are expecting roti to be like how your mom made over the years. DO NOT go for it. But if you want some decent rotis then only buy.It will take you some time to get used to it btw. First frw tries it might come out FLAT or something. Keep trying, you'll get the hang of it.And PLEASE stop rating it 1 star already! Just because you don't know how to make it, doesn't mean the roti maker is spoilt. I see countless 1 star ratings which is misleading.I was nervous myself before buying looking at all these people crying. And so. I advise, don't be! Go for it.

Different from the content shown in the video.
Total waste of money.. Inspite of non stick playing, chapatti dough sticks to the plates( I thought might be dough be sticky so, I tighten it by adding more flour, but, all vent in vain). On pressing dough, chappati turns out to be a toast instead of a thin layer of chapaati.. No black dots are seen like we see in a chappati, when cooked on a burner.Chappati is very hard not smooth. It's not chapaati you we will be eating, but, a toast.

Good product, But most people who purchase this product ...
Good product, But most people who purchase this product see it as useless. But it s only due to ignorance to make chappatis in this. The dough must be extra soft.ie add water well till the dough sticks to your palm. Then dip your hand in water( to avoid further sticking), take a small ball of dough, put the ball in wheat powder so that the ball of dough gets fully coated with wheat powder. Then allow the roti maker to get heated up.Then press roti maker well to get the ball of dough flattens well (only for 2-3 seconds) and open the top.The rest is described inthe instruction manuel. If you feel any doubt , contact me .
