Firs time i bought it I had no issues with it, in fact I loved the product. However, the two other times after, that i bought the product the pump was defective!!! Its really annoying and am considering on not buying this product again because of that. Apart from that the product truly is good, i had small bumps on my skin, i could see my 'pores' on face and had a lot of acne scars but this helped it clear up.

Smells good and I like it, although it came with a faulty pump which is really annoying.It looks like I'm not the only one with this issue, and that is so bad!Considering switching to another brand now..

I have previously been so pleased with this cleanser and I have seen reviews where people have mentioned the faulty pump - this was news to me until I received my last order and I now have a cleanser that is difficult to dispense - and now I feel disappointed - I have tried rinsing the pump - but still not working . I have written to Eva products and they haven't responded hence my late review as I did want to give them a chance to respond . so I am afraid due to wastage now - I will really have to think hard before i reorder . Eva products you are loosing customers - please sort out the pump!!!!

I love the product itself but unfortunately the pump has stopped working about 25% into the bottle.

The dispenser on this product is completely unusable. I’m not sure if this is just me or rather a design flaw, because the product itself is rather thick and impossible to dispense without tipping it out.

For the price of the product you would expect the pump to work. Unscrewed it but way too much tipped out, it probably won't last very long using it this way so a bit of a waste of money really.

Pump not working right out of the parcel. Cleaned off the pump and it works on various other liquids, but this one is very thick and goopy with particulate matter in which clogs the pump before any product has the chance to get out. From looking at some previous reviews this seems to happen quite a lot with others... I had hoped that it wasn't a systematic issue and was just the odd dodgy pump, but it seems like someone at this company REALLY needs to reassess their packaging.

This is really good I have very sensitive skin on mid 30s and I have pimples...This cream is a miracle for me.A dirastic change but it took about couple of weeks to settle on my skinThe only thing is it is not reasonably priced
