I love how with just one stick/scoop mixed with 6-8oz water, you can truly feel a boost of energy! I’ve been drinking it in the afternoon for a pick-me-up (not a workout). I don’t get tingles at all (I saw some other reviews mention that) and I feel good knowing it’s clean ingredients. I also love the lemon tang! I mix it with just my straw, no frother or needed.

This is my favorite Pre-Workout. I have tried several over the years and this works well and doesn't cause a crash. NO JITTERS. Tastes amazing. I find myself frequently craving it. I'm 5'1" and 170lbs and 1 serving is perfect for me. Worth the price.

Great product but suggest purchasing it directly from the manufacturer. Received a box that was unsealed with three leaking packets but unable to return through Amazon due to their policy.

J’aime le sens de picotement dans mon corps, sa réveille l’énergie que j’ai besoin pour combler ma routine, il ne laisse pas de poudrerie dans notre gorge comme d’autres pré-workout que j’ai déjà acheté ailleurs . Avant, j’ai travaillé avec cette compagnie, mais il a eu beaucoup des choses qui ont changé, mais ça reste toujours la meilleure pour moi. Tout leurs produits sont excellents.

Tried many other pre workout drinks but I keep coming back to energize. No jittery side effects just great energy boost to help give that extra push during workouts. Lemon is by far best flavor as well! Pricey but so worth it!
