This product is dispatched using a tracked courier. Tracking details will be sent to the buyer once the product is dispatched from our warehouse (next working day if purchased before 2:00pm, Mon-Fri; or two working days if purchased after 2:00pm on weekdays and weekends.) 2. Boxes have been opened before sending to the buyer to conduct quality control on the products, however please do check everything carefully when you receive the parcel. 3. If any parts of your parcel arrived broken and have been damaged in transit, please take a photo and send it to us within 24 hours from receiving the parcel. We will not accept the request 24 hours after delivery of your parcel. 4. Before ordering to Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey please contact us (provide the postcode of delivery) for the postage price. Warranty and return policy is available upon the client's request. It will also be attached to the dinner set when a purchase is made.
