The sound is awesome it just i dont like how its fit it strated hurting my ear after 1 hour use and I had marks it might be cuz I think I have had hard ear

This is an amazing Airpod , please make sure you put the left and right side Airpod in correct sides otherwise microphones doesn’t work well and the people other side can’t hear you well Good luck

Very Disappointing – Not Worth the Money I bought this Bose headset just two weeks ago, and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with its performance. Even with 100% battery, I cannot use the headset continuously for even 10 minutes. It keeps automatically cutting off/disconnecting, which makes it almost impossible to use. For a premium Bose product, this is completely unacceptable. I expected much better quality and reliability. Very unhappy with this purchase. Amazon should seriously look into this issue and provide a proper solution or replacement for customers facing the same problem.

Awesome sound quality…

The product is very good, lightweight and stays in place even while running or exercising. I do miss a small hole or slot to attach a cord or strap to avoid losing the charging case. In my opinion, the main issue is that the earbuds don't turn off automatically when removed from the ears, not even after a long time. So if you forget to put them back in the charging case, the battery will drain.

I will suggest to buy Huawei ear clips , this is nice but cannot wear it for long period. If price is 3 to 400 then it's ok to buy.

One of the earpiece is not charging, how can I claim warranty?

I have been off a huge support to Bose on innovations for these open style music listening as it so important to maintain a good hearing health. We all abuse ears with music and outside environmental hazards, its important to sometimes keep it quiet but at same time listen to something in private . This the newest to the line up has not only helps to keep aware of your surrounding ( Indian conditions its challenging) but you can make it habit if you practise . The sound quality is excellent and very comfortable. I have been writing to Bose to keep the innovations open as I was upset they discontinued the Bose frames line up (another GEM). The main disadvantage I find here is the price but again I See this is cheapest in India compared to other parts of the world . To summarise its a niche product and will gain potential soon as we need to reduce using in-ears to escape from the environment. Yes Inner ears are unavoidable but at-least in quieter environment this would be an excellent choice. Thanks BOSE.

I found them quite comfortable to wear and allowed my ears to not get so humid like normal earbuds. Once I got the position right, the sound quality was really good and I could still hear my surroundings well. At times it felt like it could fall off but never did although I'm not sure I would trust wearing them in situations where if they did fall off it would be very bad. I did experience a very slight delay when using them with videos and games on my mobile, but I think that's normal for all Bluetooth earbuds. I was very pleased with the colour/finish of the anniversary edition set. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

At last ear buds I can actually use. I have spent a fortune over the years trying to find earphones I can keep in my ear, in ear, over ear, round ear, all useless! They kept falling out. I resorted to Bose headphones which were fantastic but not for my hair! When I saw these advertised I thought I'll give them a go. Absolute game changer. Sound quality is second to none but I can still hear what's going on around me. Perfect. I can now listen to music, do my Spanish lessons, phone calls etc without disturbing anyone. I have only charged them up 3 times since Christmas! Best thing ever!
