Q: Did this product come with the batteries?

No - item does not come with batteries.

Q: What size is the box it is stored in?

I didn't keep the box, but "as is" it folds up pretty small. I stuffed mine with polyfill and still get it and 3-4 like it into a standard plastic storage tub.

Q: Cannot seem to get him to work. Batteries are inserted correctly but the dangling 'push button' to test is not there. Any ideas?

Ours does not have a dangling button. There is an on off switch on the battery box. When he is turned on, he is motion activated.

Q: Instructions say turn off and push button for animatronic use. I do not have a button on it just a white wire hanging and the on/off switch.

There should be a button on the end of the white wire. By pushing the button, the clown will turn on whether the black on/off switch is on or off.
