Super good but read how to make it even more superior!
Flax seeds are an essential superfood that we should be implementing into our diets.-Recommended daily intake for an adult is around 15g. This is high in omega 3 and that’s an essential fatty acid.-Western diets are focused and concentrated with omega 6, which is also essential but we need omega 3 in an almost 1:1 ratio. Omega 3 is hard to find in whole foods as is only really in fatty fish (salmon) or in supplement form.-Omega 3 works to provide anti inflammatory properties and 6 pro inflammatory.Note:-These Flax Seeds are whole and not ground. Some evidence suggests that they are not as well absorbed when whole as opposed to ground. This can be easily done in a small food processor mixer or coffee grinder.-As you can see in the picture I ground my Flax Seeds and roasted them over a pan for a few mins, this for me makes them even tastier and also means my body can absorb them faster and more fully.-Arrived promptly and packing is good (tough).-Use regularly and improve your fatty acid profile.If you found this review useful, please click the “helpful” button below.Over & out!

I bought these to go with other seeds in a mix with yogurt. These flax seeds are great value. Will shortly be buying again!

Great product. ✅️ 1kg. I re-order it for about 1 year. Great Quality every time.Flaxseed seed belongs to the superfoods group, it is very beneficial to the digestive system to consume it. I blend the 2 spoons to eat with yoghurts, salads, or sprinkle over my lunch.The important factor for me: Recyclable ♻️ packaging.LDPE 4 - means I can take it to Recycle with other plastic at big stores. (Sainsbury's.)

Long hair inside the bag
Recently introduced flaxseed to my diet as they are high in phytoestrogens, products great value for money and quality but was so so disappointed after a few days a found a long red hair in the bag. I’ve already been eating them so now I’m not sure how I feel 😢

Good surprise!
Pleasantly surprised by my buy. Those flaxseed are good as they are one of the 2 main ingredients to make a very good face mask recently discovered. Good value for money, cheaper than my usual brand, they are organic too. Not a bad flavour at all.... I have also tried them for breakfast. I will buy them again.
