Amazing taste no comparison to regular powders!
I had no idea but this stuff is AMAZING!!! The flavor is outstanding it is so worth it for the exceptional quality and so delicious!! Regular and average cocoa powders are just that ;)

THE BEST
FIRST time trying different cocoa rather than Hersheys. Omg just made brownies and they are delicious. Rich and dark cocoa. The price has doubled because of crappy president so haply I purchased before tariffs. I will continue to purchase this cocoa because huge difference in taste and quality of baked goods

Great for baking
I was originally annoyed because it says universelle instead of cacao (as I’ve bought previously and is shown in the picture), and the notes of chocolate are described differently. However, that was probably just ignorant on my part. Still a great product and I will continue to buy it. It levels up the flavor in baked goods for sure!

Love this cocoa powder. It’s nothing compared to the stuff you buy at your local grocery store. I will always use this instead.

Good strong flavor profile when used to make chocolate
It still seems surreal that you can actually make your own chocolate at home, and with only 3 ingredients for dark chocolate. I don’t have enough experience to rate this cocoa against other cocoas available but the batches of chocolate I have made with cocoa butter, this cocoa and a non-sugar sweetener have come out with a deep, rich flavor profile and a good mouth feel. Tempering takes a bit of handholding and even when I feel I’ve been successful, the chocolate can melt with a little too much enthusiasm, like when I chopped it up to go into chocolate chip cookies. I think it needs to be given a bit more time for some of the stronger crystals to form in tempering. Tastes quite good, though.

Luxuriously rich and flavorful
It's a tossup between this and the Valrhona dutched cocoa powder in terms of what my favorite is, but they each have uses where they shine. This stuff is such a treat that I'll never use run of the mill grocery-store brands again and I find myself looking for excuses to make chocolate baked goods all the time now.

The best!
Former pastry chef here.... I continue to buy this brand as it's far superior to the junk you find in your grocery store. For a novice baker, this is a large amount of cocoa powder if you're only doing the occasional baking, and it's possible it will spoil if you're not using it in a year or so. But the flavor and quality is so worth it. It's also a much darker cocoa powder (not quite a black cocoa, though), so just beware that your baked goods will come out a bit darker if you're used to using H**shey's. I find the bag to not seal that well and it gets messy, so this goes straight in a stackable food container.
