Great product
I love this! This is my first vibration plate. I have been using it 3-6 days per week for 3 weeks. What I have noticed is my knees and legs have gotten stronger, lymphatic drainage is for real, my varicose veins are getting lighter and my body is feeling lighter and stronger.

Yes
This is easy to use, no assembly required. There are a ton of speed settings, a remote, and it has a cool compact design. Comfort on your bare feet is iffy, the pressure point things hurt my feet so I just use with shoes. I think it helps with the effectiveness of my workout routine. It definitely helps with the lactic acid build up so muscles aren’t as sore.

As an autistic person, I find this soothing and stimulating (not THAT kind of stimulating!)
Ok, I did not get this for exercise purposes, but it still kind of works out to be an exercise thing. I have autism, and standing on this thing and getting my whole body shaken is soothing to me sometimes. I dunno why. Also, it kinda gets my blood moving. I have some edema in my legs and getting my fluids circulating is a good thing. Sometimes I stand with my knees slightly bent, and that helps strengthen my core and improve my balance, but it reduces the amount of shaking. If I really want to get shook up, I straighten my legs, which removes the "shock absorber" effect. Since I have poor balance, I need to lightly touch something, like the wall or a dresser, otherwise I feel like I'm tipping. I imagine that will improve as my core gets stronger. I am 6 ft tall and 295 lbs. It's got the oomph to deal with my weight, at least so far. In case you're wondering, you naughty person, no, it's not like a full-body vibrator. It's more like being shook than vibrated. The foot bed tips from side to side, it doesn't simply buzz. There are different settings and speeds. It's got a remote, and the ONLY thing I would change is the remote. It doesn't work unless you point it directly at the panel, which is kind of a pain cuz I'm overweight and tall. I have to spread my knees and bend forward a bit to turn it off, which somewhat unbalances me while I'm jiggling madly. Awkward! I mean, I could just step off and then turn it off, but the remote shouldn't be so picky. It's kinda heavy but it's not too hard to move. I stand it on the front edge by my dresser when I'm done so it doesn't take up floor space. Anyway, I like the machine. When I'm feeling sleepy but still have work to do, a few minutes on the "wiggle machine" wakes me up.

A Full Workout in a Compact Machine
This vibration plate delivers a surprisingly effective full-body workout without taking up much space. The surface has a grippy texture that keeps my feet steady even during higher vibration levels, and the subtle hum of the motor feels smooth rather than jarring. The machine’s vibrations engage muscles I didn’t even realize needed attention especially in my legs and core and I can feel the circulation boost almost immediately. The included resistance bands add an upper-body component that makes each session feel complete. The remote control is simple but handy, letting me switch intensity levels and modes mid-workout without stepping off. I also love that it’s quiet enough to use while watching TV. It’s sturdy but compact enough to slide under a bed or against a wall when not in use. After a couple of weeks, I noticed improved muscle tone and less stiffness in my legs. Perfect for days I want a good workout but don’t have time for the gym.

TINY BUT MIGHTY
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Tiny but Mighty! I've tried several high-end vibration plates over the years, and this little powerhouse truly holds its own! Despite its compact size, it delivers strong, consistent vibrations that feel smooth and effective. One of my favorite features is how quiet it is—no rattling or harsh noise, just smooth sailing during every session. It offers a variety of modes and settings that are easy to navigate with just a touch of a button. The included stretch-resistant bands are a great bonus and allow for a more dynamic workout. Whether you're warming up, stretching, or targeting specific muscles, this machine has it covered. All in all, I’m very excited about this purchase. If you’re looking for a high-performing vibration plate that won’t take up too much space but still gets the job done, this is it!

Loud rattling and squeaking during use
UPDATE 1/23: While this product still has it's issues, writing an update because customer service truly tried their best to make things right. This is my 2nd vibration plate from natini (first one was replaced by them for burning plastic smell and rattling parts inside). While I love the concept of the vibration plate, and it has been a great way too cool down and stretch after workouts, this particular machine/brand is not the one. It works great for the first 3 uses... after that point, if you don't stand in the correct spot, with the correct amount of weight or pressure aligned, the thing rattles and is loaded than an offbalanced washing machine. It includes high pitches squeaking, rattling parts, and enough vibration to remove its own suction cups off the floor while you are standing on it.
