Works for me!
Update 2-26-23: had an issue with the unit, contacted the seller and got excellent support and follow up.Original review July 2022:Was easy to assemble and the bike for right into the unit. Few small adjustments to get the right tension on the tire but it's stable and allows your to change gears and it generates resistance as you pedal faster. Met my needs to get aerobic exercise using my own bike without leaving the yard or house. At high speed it does generate a whirring sound do would not suggest using it in the middle of the night if there are others in the same room trying to sleep.

Set up was ok - adjustment knob reverse threaded
Getting ready for winter. My wife has a trainer and rides in the warmth of our home in the winter. I usually bundle up and brave the elements. This year I decided to get my own trainer. This trainer appears to be a good buy for the money. Was looking for a fluid trainer (wife has a mag) and compare the two.Unboxing: I absolutely despise styrofoam packing. But, the trainer arrived unharmed. I have recently purchased items that use recycled cardboard that seems to work too.Assembly: The directions did not match the build. The directions indicated plastic parts for the “motor” frame and connections. My trainer was all metal....so I am thankful for that. Even without directions, assembly was straight forward once I realized the adjustment knob was reverse threaded. The front wheel base seems a bit small. Also, the feet on it are foam and not proper rubber. It slips around on a hard floor. Will put different feet on and/or get a mat for under the bike/trainer.Will update once I ride it a little.

Very stable, sturdy, and quiet
While I'm in lock-down at home (Puerto Rico) during the virus pandemic, I needed to diversify my exercise options. I had a road bike available, but no bike trainer. A search on amazon brought me to the Health Line Product trainer, which looked like it fit my needs well. I picked it up yesterday, and set it up last night. The most complicated part was changing out the quick release on the rear wheel. I made use of the set up video on the health line product page, and it was good. The written instructions that came with the trainer were somewhat helpful. I used the trainer for the first time this morning, while watching GCN videos of biking through the French countryside and the mountains of Italy. The ceiling fan was on "high". This gives a great workout. It's rock solid - no fear of falling. The noise level is very low, even at fairly high cadence. I doubt the neighbors in the apartment below me will complain. Eventually, I may set it up to do ZWIFT, but that's not a priority. I'd recommend this to anyone based on my limited experience so far.

Do not buy for 29" MTB Decent product overall, but bad hardware choices where made.
The trainer itself is well built, and has a good bit of weight behind it. It came with a front tire block, so I do not need to source (make) one. In fact my only complaint. This is the only trainer conversion I found that specified that it can handle 29" bikes, worked with skewers, AND could handle riders over 250 (in fact they say it is rated over 300) the problem is the skewer they included in the package. It is a bit scrawny at 4.84mm compared to the 12.28mm screw in skewer that is in my mountain bike. More importantly it is about 9 - 12mm too short to catch the threads on the nut that is required to adapt to the trainer frame. This skewer looks like it was made for a 1980s road bike. If the company can come up with a fix for the skewer problem, I would gladly give them a 5 star review as the trainer itself has every appearance of living up to its claims and being a good low budget trainer for the off season, but as it stands, I would recommend staying away from this trainer unless you have through bolt axles.Edit: At this point I am very disappointed with this product. It is well built, but the seller/manufacture has cut corners, and presented apparently misleading claims about their product. It DOES NOT fit my 29" mountain bike. I had top buy a longer skewer to fit my bike, but the skewer they provide, I doubt would fit any mountain bike meant for adults. It is designed for road bikes. I would recommend it for smaller bikes, but in my experience, the claim that it fits a 29" bike is misleading at best. I intend to try a few experiments to see if I can get it working, and will continue to edit this review as I have more information.

Sturdy and we'll made
Pleased with this trainer and the vender. Arrived quickly and very well packaged with no damage. Easy to assemble and works just as advertised. The only negitive comment would be its not as quiet as I would like. But all things considered its a nice trainer at a resingnable price. Intend to recommend to friends an family.

Beware- not easy to assemble
Great product- drawbacks are lack of instructions- lack or hardware- lack of correct provided tools- easy assembly once you figure it out one key piece is the knob screws in counterclockwise (only took me an hour to figure that out. You can substitute the missing hardware for about five bucks from home depot. otherwise a good build quality.

Fits my 29" Specialized Mountain bike
I thought I would be a stretch to make it fit my 29" hard tail mountain bike, but it worked perfectly. Also, I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex. My husband was concerned about the vibration generated on the trainer, so the solution was a 1.5" thick yoga mat to reduce the vibration level. It reduced considerably, however I restrict the use to our patio to avoid any discomfort with my neighbors.Great product. Not hard to assemble as some have said.

Very poor quality. Useless instructions. Doesn't work on 26" wheel without modifications
The thick paint meant the pivot bolt wouldn't fit. I had to file the paint off.The instructions were for a different model and nowhere was it pointed out that the adjustment is a reverse thread bolt. My 26" mtn bike wheel with slick tires wouldn't contact the roller until I fabricated a 1/4" spacer plate. The average user won't be able to do this.
