The best cycling-commuter-pouch around EXCEPT that the zipper always breaks after a while.
This would be a 10-star review if the zipper hadn't failed after 6 months. This thing is exactly what I need. I've been through three of them now (because they've all failed the same way between six months and a year), and I'm going to buy two this time for when the next one breaks...I commute on a bicycle in Los Angeles. I carry this pouch on the shoulder strap of my backpack for instant access to my wallet, keys, change, chapstick, and iPhone. I have an iPhone 6 with an otterbox defender case (the fattest case out there), and my phone fits perfect. It's better than any pouch you're going to find at a bike shop, and will be a lot cheaper. I've seen Timbuk2 and Chrome phone pouches that are meant to be worn on your strap, and they range from $40-$80. Plus, they don't work as well. This pouch fits every one of my needs except long-lasting durability. Yes, I'm in and out of it at least four times a day. No, I'm not taking it off-road in cyclocross races. I will continue to buy them, because six months to a year for $15 is worth it. But I'd pay more if you made the zipper stronger.

Perfect add on for any kit
Another great purchase from 3V gear.

Perfect for your phone.
I put one of these on a shoulder strap of all of my backpacks in order to keep my phone in a protected place where I can reach it without removing my pack.

Pouch snaps failed after 2 months. Warranty support just OK.
Pouch is relatively good quality. However, I had one of the two snaps on the molle straps fail within 2 months of purchasing. It had only been snapped and unsnapped twice, so don't use this for anything military, police, or security related because it's not trustworthy.Contacted 3v support and found them to be responsive and helpful. However, I had to send pictures, jump through hoops, and pay $3.50 to get a replacement pouch after only 2 months. I would have expected a free replacement but they put shipping on me. The pouch was only about $10, so $3.50 is more than it sounds like.

Good product for the price.
For the price, I am happy with this pouch. It seems to be made from fairly rugged nylon material and single stitched seams. There were only a couple of loose threads, which I burned down.It will hold an Eton FRX4 Weather radio (2" x 3.12" x 5.5") in the main zippered pouch without straining against the zipper. The radio is hard to get seated in the bottom due to the gussets on each side. I may cut these out to allow easier insertion of the radio. The outer pouch is about 5.25" tall to the upper edge, about 3" wide at the bottom and tapers from about 3/4" deep at the bottom to about 1.50" at the top. The velcro flap will easily allow another 3/4" in height to the outer pocket. The only complaint I have is the molle webbing - they are located too close to the snap straps to be woven correctly. They should be 1" below the snap strap attachment, but are closer to 1/2" below them.

perfect fit for my smart phone & assorted stuff.
I have been looking for a gadget pouch to put on the shoulder strap of my sling bag that will hold my Galaxy S4 with a little extra room to allow me to plug in to the USB port (I keep an external battery in my sling bag to keep my phone & tablet battery topped off) as well as to carry some useful odds & ends. This works perfectly. the outside pocket hold the phone snugly, but with plenty of room to plug it in. the side straps hold a single AA flashlight securely, & in the main pocket, I have a 5x3 notepad, a bullet space pen, hand sanitizer, & several other items. with some room to spare. the closest thing I have to a complaint is the verlrco on the front pouch is loud, but it's velcro, what do you expect? when that is an issue, I move the phone to the main pocket, so I can get to it quietly (there is still room with all the other stuff I have in it)

Good pouch, inner pouch wont hold larger than 5.5" phone
I like it. Not quite perfect but idk that i can blame the pouch for that. The outside pocket seems large enough for a small-medium walkie talkie. The inner pouch begrudgingly holds both my phone (Nexus 5X) and my portable charger together, but it does hold them. I seared holes into the top of the pouch and flap so i could run cable from the charger to the phone while its all closed up.

Nice little pouch, actually.
I use it for photography jobs. Instead of just having a cellphone case, I put my Samsung Note 4 with the Ottebox protector on the front pouch, and camera batteries and cards on the zippered side. The phone is a little tall for the front pouch, but it does fit, even if the whole velcro does not attach, just half of it. But it is secure enough. And I am finding it to be more comfortable than the not-as-bulky Ottebox belt case, and a LOT more secure. I really like it. I think I am going to get another in a different color for my other pair of pants.
