Not effective does not work
this product is also a waste of money. I’ve used it till it is completely gone, and the tendinitis and ringing are still there.

Got to my house quickly, not sure if the product works or not yet, still getting alot of ringing in my ears.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Did not like using this spray. It clogged up my ears and did not stop the ringing at all!

It didn't stop the ringing, but it does seem like I am hearing better now. That's the reason I only gave it 4 stars.

I was looking forward to some ear noise relief. Sad to say, this product gave me No relief. No change at all. Waste of money

Wax build up problem
It was easy to use, wasnt to expensive and offered a solution to a winter problem I had! It was effective at removing wax build up, however, no effect on the squealing in my ears! The product was as described I was just hoping…….
