Szeged Garlic Powder, 5 ounces

This is more garlicky and better that the usual name brands, but I was hoping for more intensity. Maybe something from the purple garlic family? I live an hour away from Gilroy, the Garlic Capital of the World, but most that is available is pretty tame.The cap on the container is odd to open and hard to close.Still, a quality product that is strong enough for most people, better than anything else that I have tried and worthy of four solid stars.

Now THIS is some kick-a@@ garlic my friends! What more can I say! This garlic is really good! Strong yet not overpowering. Dimensional and complex, not flat and cardboard like the big brand "Mc" tends to be. Delicious!

It really has a real garlic taste, you don't need to use a lat at once.I'm using this product for years and it is never disappoint me. I am cooking more than 70 years.
