Works but use with CAUTION
So I read through all the reviews and this seemed like the easiest product to use and the least painful so I ordered it. The one review that convinced me to order was from a woman saying she used it in an intimate area and it worked like a charm. Well considering I had a skin tag on my upper inner thigh near said intimate area I thought perfect! I get the product, it looks easy to use. I get me a flashlight and mirror (ladies you will understand this) and pop the little band right on. No problem and doesn't even hurt. I go to walk and it felt a little funny so I popped a little Band-Aid over it and went to bed. Night 1, not so bad. Wake up the next morning, its a little tender but not bad. I had bought some Uber Numb cream so I put a little on the tag, another Band-Aid and went on my way to work. This is where the "oh crap, what have I done" started to set it. As the day wore on, the stinging and pulling gradually got worse. By the end of Day one, I couldn't put enough Uber Numb cream on. Oh and that area is VERY sensitive to Band-Aids too I learned. So over all I was like holy hell I have got to get this thing off. I grab my Uber Numb cream, small scissors, mirror and flashlight and move to cut off the offending little band that is now traumatizing the hell out of me. I can't cut the band off. I can't even pull the dang thing off. After 45 mins of swearing and sweating, I give up and say I just need to let it do its thing. Clearly it is working because this tag has turned black. I slap another Band-Aid on it and go to bed. Night 2 is hell! It hurts. I constantly wake up every hour to put more numbing cream on. I wake up the next morning and pray that it will get better as the day goes on. It doesn't! Not even a little. By the end of the day I am walking as though I have been on a horse for 12 hours straight. It was not cute! By time I get home and I have had it. This band has got to go! I go to the local grocery store to buy new, sharper, small scissors, gauze, and paper tape (Band-Aids are killing the sensitive skin there as this point). As we are walking through the store my husband asks why I am walking so funny. I told him I did something I now regret and need to remedy it. He looked at me funny but wisely decided to not ask anything else. We get home and I practically run to our bathroom. I gather all my supplies and slap a ton of Uber Numb cream on. I give it a few minutes to take affect then start trying to get the band off. I twist it, turn it, rotate it, and finally 10 mins later it comes off. Oh thank goodness. However, the drama is still not over. The now dead tag is barely hanging on but won't come off with any amount of pulling or twisting. At this point I know its time to put my big girl panties on and just face the pain. I slap more Uber Numb cream on it and then grab the scissors. First cut, no problem. Second cut a little sting but the dead tag is finally off but holy mother of all things, the amount of blood is just insane. Tons of gauze and cold wash clothes later, I finally got a gauze/paper tape makeshift Band-Aid on it to help stop the bleeding. At this point its been about an hour. I am exhausted and covered in sweat so I clean up my mess and go to bed. Surprisingly I slept good, no pain, so I think I am good. Next morning I get up and try to remove the tape. Yeah! Another mistake. This is a VERY sensitive area. And this dang tape is stuck on good. Another 10 mins and lots of cussing it is finally off but now there is sticky residual left behind. I take a shower, get dressed, and go to work. All day my pants are sticking to my leg. My leg is sticking to the toilet seat and overall its just like this whole ordeal will never end! Finally that evening I get all the sticky tape residue off and the area of the skin tag doesn't hurt and I will eventually get over the trauma of it all. Word of advise, product does work BUT do not use it in a super sensitive area. Just suck it up and go to a professional. You will save yourself so much pain! Uber Numb cream is a miracle though! I love that stuff.

Worked on all, have both sizes
Update! Now I've added photos since I have both size kits because it was what I wish I knew from the beginning about the sizes and options. They all came off within about 2 weeks, I think now that I have the micro size kit they would have come off sooner with the tighter size. The micro size comes in the same two handed style the medium to large does or it comes in a micro auto one handed pen looking gadget kit, they're the same price so I went with the auto one, you can see how it works in the photos. You push the needle end onto the end of the pen, push the band all the way on and push it off the wide base onto the pen gadget and then remove the needle end, press the pen over the skin tag and push the button on the top down, it will push the band off onto the base of the skin tag, it only takes one hand to use this one.Did it on 8 of the boyfriend's skin tags in different areas of his body with the medium to large, some were more sensitive than others, it's been exactly a week and 2 have come off so far. In my personal opinion possibly all should have been the micro size, I didn't know, the opening of the gadget for this medium to large size can accommodate much larger skin tags than he has. I think maybe if the band were tighter, the micro kit, on the smaller ones they would have died and come off quicker than they are. The biggest problem with this product is it not being clear what size you need, you need the tag to fit inside the hole. You should go with the smallest size that will fit yours, the tighter the better (when I have both I'll post a photo of both with a ruler). A couple of his have a little bit of redness around them and are a little sore a week in, he says it's not too bad to deal with, I just think he's anxious to finish this, some are in inconvenient places. We put a bandaid over all of them because early on his shirt rubbed a band off one of the small ones but we got a band right back on, it was already turning dark. Both that have come off he didn't notice when it happened, one he still had the bandaid over and when I checked it was gone, so there's no pain associated with them actually falling off. All the ones left look like they are very near falling off, some even appear to be lifting away from his skin around it, I think in a couple days we'll uncover them and let a shirt potentially rub them off, at this point they've kind of become one with the band so the band isn't going anywhere now, they're all black and kind of shriveled up. I will be getting the micro kit so when new ones pop up we can get them when they're small and easy. The bands were easy to put on, the hardest time I had was pushing the band down to the fat end of the gadget, I started using my finger nails to push it down and it slid much easier then you use the pushing gadget to push it off the end onto the base of the tag. Press it very firmly to the skin and push the band off the end, of all 8 every one went perfectly around the base of the tag except for one and I just pulled the band off and redid it (I think I kind of pulled away from the skin as I was pushing the band down on that one). You MUST get the band around the base of the tag, the tag comes off where the band is and you don't want to leave part of the tag still attached. This is a great tool, it works and is a big money saver and convenient to have for anytime new ones will probably pop up, no doctor appointments necessary.I read most of the reviews and it seems like most of the negative ones could have been solved by putting a bandaid over them so the bands stay in place with clothing or having someone else put them on you in difficult places, I had all 8 done in under 5 minutes, with someone else it's very easy, boom solved, this isn't rocket science here.

Kinda works
After 19 days it finally happened, the tag fell off!The good: This is product was easy to use, attach the cone, slip a ring over the cone and onto the applicator, place the applicator over the skin tag, and press the button. The bad: YMMV but I was dealing with a longer skin tag. I tried using only one ring at first but the ring would slide forward even though I placed it at the base of the skin tag. After a couple of days this meant only half of the skin tag was starting to dry out. I switched to 2 rings and this kept them closer to the base of the skin tag but it still wasn't perfect as you can see from final result. I also must have gone through half of the pack because I'd accidentally knock them off while in the shower or overnight in bed. I started to place a bandaid over the tag whenever I showered or slept. Eventually, the tag fell off but there's still a bump there. I guess we'll see if the bump subsides and/or the discoloration lessens.I don't know how much it costs to get a tag removed by your doctor but I don't think I'm going to go through this process again.

Almost worked
I bought this as I had a small but annoying skin tab on my forehead (great place for one I know) I have others but this is the only one that really bothered me and was occasionally causing discomfort. The applicator works amazingly well, but when putting the bands on 2 snapped before I realized that there was a tiny molding tab on the tool to put them onto it and was cutting them enough to break them, but after I filed this down it worked great.Once the band was on I discovered any rubbing (wiping sweat, wearing a hat, etc..) knocked the band out of place or even pulled it off completely making me have to put on another one, and I still haven't found the ones I had on when I went to bed or most of the ones that fell off during the days. This being said, and after a lot of faffing around... after a few days I noticed the skin tab was dried up and half of the base of it was black and it was causing much more discomfort so figuring it was dead (and maybe not being in the best of moods with all the effort it was taking and bands I was running through) I took a small pair of flat wire cutters to it and it came off easily and with no pain or bleeding, then after another day or so you couldn't even tell it was there to begin with.So did it work.. well kind of and for the most part, sure I guess it did... but do I just wish I'd cut it off to begin with and worn a plaster for a while without any of the hassle.. well kind of yes.

DO NOT BUY! IT IS DANGEROUS!
DO NOT BUY! I had to have the band surgically removed! I followed all the instructions and after a day my skin tag become very painful that it was keeping me awake all night, the skin tag started to bleed on day 3 and the skin around it was bright red and too painful to touch. I called my doctor who made me an emergency appointment, at my appointment the doctor said I had developed an infected cyst under the skin tag from the band around it. The doctor had to cut deep into my skin to remove the cyst, tag and band. I am now on 2 weeks antibiotics and being treated for possible sepsis! This item should be not sold on amazon! It is dangerous

Easy to use, under arm skin tags are just annoying...
This applicator was easy to use. But due to location (armpit) I've failed to get the band right up against my skin... So I already know I'll have a small tag/bump. I was too scared to an extra band on as other users suggested because the bands are a little wide, and I didn't want to hurt myself by adding another one as the gap isn't that big! It's been on for 3 days so far. The band hasn't fallen off yet but the tag is very dry, black, and shrunk to about 20% of its initial size. So I hope it won't take much longer!!!!Edit: Got impatient after 5 days of first putting it on as I want it off and ready to heal in time for upcoming event. After gentle twisting, 80% of the base came off easily and I could see the skin was already starting to heal over underneath. Twisted and pulled the last "strand" still attached, a bit of resistance and was sore lol but came off eventually. Only tiniest tiny speck of blood (blotted once with tissue, disinfected with alcohol, and it stopped). Looks fine. As expect there's a nun left because band wasn't flat against skin. So looks like a small skin coloured raise mole. Definitely recommend as looks way better than before. In future I'd put this on further in advance and would let it fall of naturally but was desperate this time so no regrets lol. Only thing is I wish there were more alcohol wipes. This is cheap to get elsewhere so it's fine but I think the box only came with a few wipes and I used them all up just making sure my single skin tag stayed clean over the 5 days... Wouldn't be enough for more than 1 skin tag or for longer than that

I love this! Excellent
The applicator pen is well made, the very small silicone bands are precisely manufactured and come in a suitable plastic case. It works exactly as per the instructions, very simple, no fuss. The bands are easy enough to place onto the loader, when you press the blue cap of the applicator the band is pushed off onto the skin tag, the action is easy and very efficient. The design allows you to apply to skin tags in awkward to reach places with one hand, although I found I did need to get used to coordinating in a mirror. Tip- take it slowly, gently move the skin tag so that it stands straight as much as possible, make sure the skin tag is precisely inside the tip of the applicator pen before you press the button and also make sure you place the tip of the applicator firmly against your skin at the base of the skin tag before you press the button so that the silicone band is placed right at the base of the skin tag next to your skin in order to remove the whole of the tag. Excellent value for money compared to the price of removal by a private clinic.

Disappointing, less than 50% success rate.
After seeing the reviews I was expecting big things for this item. However I have been left rather disappointed. For ease of use I have no issues what so ever and in principle it's a well thought out piece of kit.Insert the adapter into the pen / plunger slide the band up and remove the adapter and it's ready to use.I have numerous skin tags under my arms, on my shoulder and the top of my leg that I just wanted to get rid of. With ten micro bands I set about dealing with the biggest offenders and within a short time the largest ones all hand a band on them. Now for the gross bit, a couple of the skin tags kind of popped within a few minutes releasing a small amount of puss which was kind of satisfying. Then within three days two of the skin tags had started to turn black and another had begun to discolour. There is some discomfort but not much more than when the skin tags rub.So all good until this point, so why two stars?Within a couple of hours of fitting the band's the one on the top of my leg had come off, never to be seen again. By the following morning one on my shoulder and one on my side had come off and by day four I had lost another three from my armpit. Not exactly a huge success rate. I bought the smallest bands available as I wouldn't consider my skin tags that big but they still came off. So far the band's have been less than 50% successful.
