I am very happy with these coolaroo elevated dog beds. It only took about ten minutes to assemble the first of two. The first one was harder because I tightened each bolt down as I went, but you have to leave a little space for wiggle room to get the last bolt in because the bed is tight. The second one took me about 5-7 minutes. They are nice and sturdy once assembled. They are nice and firm and the stability is good even for large dogs. My German Shorthair Pointers loved them immediately. Their old beds were getting a little smelly and sagging in the middles so I needed new ones. I like these portable ones so I can put them outside easily for them to lay out on when outdoors on the deck. They are not heavy like their other raised dog beds. The material feels like it would keep them cool when outside because of the air flow. But the fabric feels like a great quality cot. The size large bed is perfect for my two larger GSP dogs. The price was a low great value price for an elevated dog bed that will be easy to clean. Very nice!

I love these cots; we have 3 medium and 3 large, and they're so durable... Ours have lived through multiple puppies, dogs I'm pet-sitting, bad weather, and a lot more. They're generously sized for the price, sturdy (non-slip, no wobble), easy to clean, and the dogs love them in hot weather if you put them on top of your floor vents or outside. When it's cold, we put a Far More Shade berber pad on top for extra cushion and coziness. You won't be taking these anywhere you need a portable bed, but they're easy to move around in the house because they're lightweight; I suppose you could take them camping, but we have the OneTigris folding cots for road trips and car camping. My only hangup with them is how stupidly complex they made it to put the plastic "nest" pieces for the bars. It would be much better if the caps were attached so you only have to handle the screws and washers, but unless you're very flexible and have a lot of reach, having a person to help you put them together and hold the plastic piece for the bars in place while you tighten the screws is advised. The fabric does get very taut, and it's hard to keep everything in place when you have all the screws ready to tighten. I feel bad for our dog trainer who owns 20 of these and probably put them all together herself - for this last cot we purchased, I put a little E600 on the plastic fittings and glued those mofos down before messing with the screws. Worked a treat :)

I love this bed the dogs enjoy it as well. I think it’s important to understand, You must have measurements of your dog or have an idea when purchasing. In my opinion, The medium in which I purchased can fit a small dog, a medium to large dog if the dog is wide and considered a large dog, and the length is short, the medium will work. It’s entirely up to you and how your dog likes to lay down. I always want to give my dog more room. When I went to purchase, I was concerned because my dog is large and the large was sold out. After considering his length I thought this could work. I received it in a small box. It made me very nervous to see it that small but when I took it out of the box, like magic it got much bigger lol. It was very easy to put together. I did it myself, it took about 15 minutes. it’s very sturdy holds up very well. My Bulldog is 71 pounds and he and my other little dog was on the bed at the same time. I am considering ordering another one. It depends on how much they actually use the bed. The price is very reasonable. This is one of the best brands out there. This is also good for your dog back or an elderly dog that may be uncomfortable in cushion beds. I bought it to keep them off the deck when it’s hot also because of bugs and in general so they’re comfortable when they are outside occasionally. I highly recommend it. The nutmeg color is my favorite. It looks really great matches with everything and the material is very good as well and what I like about this company is they sell replacement material /cloth Whatever you call them in case they rip from but from what I understand, they last a very long time. My review is primarily to give TIPS FOR ASSEMBLING the Cooleroo Elevated Dog Bed. To read my product review, scroll below. TIP #1: Take deep breaths, take your time, and have patience! Despite the simple instruction it may take a half hour for you to put this bed together. But once it's done, it's done and you're dog(s) will be so happy. :) TIP #2: Make sure that each metal leg has a bolt that will FIT. There are four bolts, one for each corner of the bed. Take a bolt and screw it into one of the metal legs until it's there's about an inch left; if it fits, leave it in (until you start assembling the bed, at which point you'll have to remove it). Repeat this for each metal leg. If you find that one of the bolts doesn't fit one leg very well, try the bolt on another leg. If you discover that one (or more) legs don't have ANY bolts that fit, return the bed or ask the vendor for replacement bolts (I don't know if they'll provide any, though). TIP #3: Duct tape is your friend! There are three components to each corner: 1) Small spring washer (silver color); 2) the bolt; and 3) a black "plastic insert." This plastic insert is curved so that it will fit the shape of the rounded metal leg. When you're screwing the bolt into the leg, the plastic insert can shift so that it no longer fits the curve. I used some small pieces of duct tape to hold that plastic insert piece in place so I could focus on screwing in the bolt — it made this step SO much easier. TIP #4: HOW TO FIX THAT FUNKY CORNER OF THE FRAME THAT STICKS UP IN THE AIR! First, understand that this is TOTALLY NORMAL. This bed uses tension to keep the fabric taut and hold the frame together. Once you've screwed the entire frame together, place it upright so that Legs A, B and C are touching the ground; Leg D will be up the the air. Legs A and D are opposite each other. Use one hand to hold down Leg A (already on the floor) and use your other hand to push Leg D down. Tension will kick in and suddenly you'll have all four legs on the ground and the fabric pulled taut. You did it! TIP #5: Tape the hex key to a bed leg so you don't lose it. At some point this bed will need to have its screws tightened and you don't want to have to hunt to find that tiny hex key. ============================ PRODUCT REVIEW I bought my first Cooleroo Elevated Dog Bed in October 2018 (large, Brunswick green). I have a beagle/pit mix who weighs around 55lb. She LOVES this bed, which we keep on our screened porch. Last summer she had ACL surgery and has developed arthritis since then, and the elevation makes her so much more comfortable. The bed did great until about March 2021. Suddenly one of the bolts would no longer fit more than 1/8" inside the hole, so it kept falling out and the bed would collapse while my dog was on it. I tried buying a replacement bolt at Home Depot that was just a hair thinner, but I couldn't find one. In June 2021, I bought a replacement bed — same size and color — and put it together today. The 2018 and 2021 versions of this bed are a bit different. First, the 2018 leg bars had indents around the holes, while the 2021 leg bars are smooth all the way around. This actually the 2021 bed assembly a little bit easier. Second, the gaps at the corners of the 2021 frame are much smaller, which might make the 2021 bed a bit safer (your dogs feet have less chance of getting stuck in the holes). Third, the 2018 version didn't have any plastic pieces and used Phillips-head bolts; you had to use your own screwdriver. The 2021 version includes some plastic caps that go between the bolt and the leg, and the bed comes with hex bolts and a hex key. Personally I prefer the Phillips-head bolts because I know where my screwdrivers are; those hex keys are tiny and easily lost (hence taping it to the bed's leg). That said, assembling both beds took about the same amount of time (about 30 minutes for me). Otherwise the beds are basically the same. I think the plastic caps on the 2021 version will provide some additional stability — I hope so, anyway. But then again, they look like cheap plastic so TBD if they will actually hold up. My dog has thrown up on her older bed and it was very easy to clean; just hose it down and clean the fabric with dish soap, water and a sponge. She has spent literally hundreds of hours on this bed, and at under $30 that makes it extremely budget-friendly. It's also a good, affordable gift to give fellow dog parents. My overall rating is 4 stars. I'd give it 5 stars except that 1) it only lasted 2½ years and 2) the instructions should explain about how to push down the fourth corner so the bed sits flat on the floor. I've seen lots of reviewers say they've returned the bed because of this, thinking the frame was broken when it isn't, and that's a shame. Editing the instructions to point this out would save their customers a lot of frustration and disappointment.

This is an awesome bed and the customer service is great. I accidentally ordered the wrong size so it’s too small for my dog. They accepted my return with no issues. They got me a new one on order immediately and my dog loves this bed and my dog is a kind of dog that tears up his blankets and doesn’t like sleeping on anything, but he loves this bed. You can see from the picture. He’s like come on mom. This is too small.🤣🤣

Dogs took a moment to get used to it but now love it. I have two 60lb dogs and they fit well on the size large together. It keeps them cool in the Texas heat and they love to jump onto it and roll around and seem happy in it. It’s relatively easy to assemble, a little fussy at times but overall took 15 mins. Keeps dogs comfy, especially on hot days as allows more air circulation and cooling material.

Great bed and the size is great. Very solid, heavy material that should last. Great price EXCEPT my dog is spoiled and won’t lay on it unless her old ragged memory foam bed is on it. I guess that defeats the purpose but wadda gonna do?

Very happy with Easy’s new bed. He loves it. All metal frame and durable fabric for my big boy.

Versand wie bei Amazon Prime gewohnt am nächsten Werktag. Das Bett wird im Originalkarton geliefert, keine zusätzliche Verpackung; sehr gut!! Das Bett ist mit wenigen Handgriffen in ein Paar Minuten aufgebaut. Eine Anleitung auf englisch wird mitgeliefert, ist aber wirklich nicht erforderlich! Wenn alle vier Schrauben festgezogen sind wirkt es auf mich sehr stabil. Natürlich kann ich zum Alltagsgebrauch noch nichts sagen, da das Bett gerade erst geliefert und zusammengebaut wurde. Mein Hund hat es allerdings direkt beschlagnahmt und für gut befunden! Bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Einkauf :)
