I was always afraid to cook with silicon but I read an article by a very trusted source that said it is very safe. So, no more spraying the cookie sheet with oil - - no more throwing away parchment paper. AND - - my cookies cook evenly all the way though - - brown perfectly. Silly me that I did not do this sooner.

We have several mats from 7-8 years ago and a couple of them needed to be replaced so I bought these. They are very thin. Probably half as thick as my old mats. I didn't even think to pay attention to the thickness so that's on me. We'll see how long these last.

These are the two most common sizes we use on a weekly basis. Having one to use and one still in the drawer is a big help. These should last many years. Easy to clean and roll up to store.

These non stick sheets go into the bottom of your pan in place of cooking spray. There are two of each size. The larger size was too big for the pans I have, but it wasn't hanging over so much that I couldn't use it. I love to bake cookies every Christmas season and the sprays don't always work so well and the cookies stick. With this mat I had no issues with sticking. It was very easy to clean, very easy to store, and I am very pleased. I will definitely be getting more of these in other sizes. It makes baking cookies a breeze, especially now that we are getting ready for the holiday season.I love that when I take cookies off this mat I can use it immediately again to cook more. I don't need to wash it between because there is no stuck on bits. I am able to crank out more cookies at a time than I was before.
