An effective attitude adjustment. I'm nearly 40 and I cycle this on weekdays and off on weekends. I load up with two tablets Sunday night and then take one in the morning and one at night, this is just enough to maintain a healthy male attitude without making me aggressive, which I've found is easily overdone with most Test boosters and too easily leads to trouble.
