UPDATE: The results are real, they are genuine. My irregularity has greatly diminished, my appetite has greatly subsided, and I am feeling really good! I am using one scoop (included) in my tall insulated coffee cup every morning, and one in a 20 ounce diet Lipton Green Tea in a plastic bottle. You need to stir the coffee and shake the bottle to make certain it is dissolved, but that is no big task. In terms of taste, it is tasteless in the coffee, and, to me, almost has a citrus taste in the green tea. There is a very little textural change, but it is not bothersome at all to me. Not gritty or grainy, just a little texture. I find it delicious. Again, I am NOT an employee, and have no dog in the hunt. I ordered a second container because I don't want miss a day. If you are having an issue, and don't want to take shots, you may want to give this a try. OK, I realize this may be psychosomatic, but I am already seeing results from taking this product. As a disclaimer, I am not affiliated with the company providing this product in any way. I am an overweight older man who had irregularity and weight gain. After my first dose, I found my bowels functioning much more regularly. My appetite has diminished, and I am feeling great!. I found it easy to talk, with my first dose being in a bottle of Lipton Diet Green Tea, and my second dose being in a Orca cup of coffee. Not grainy at all, very pleasant or no taste at all. I almost tasted a little citrus in the green tea, and tasted nothing in the coffee. I hope my report continues to be great!!

Most is us struggle with not getting enough fiber in our diet so I like this powdered option to help that! It’s easy to take, I just have to remember to take it! Ha!

Took this consistently with a combination of their other products and at the recommendation of a popular social media "pharmacist"... was hungry all the time and had no curb of appetite or weight loss. Wish I could get my money back and spend it on the real stuff

Definitely helped with bloating and has helped cut down on food portions. Feel full faster. Easy to mix and drink in glass of water. No taste that I can tell. Like that it doesn't break the bank.

This product is tasteless, mixes easily in coffee and seems to work well with my digestion.

First order was great, nice powder, devolves easily in coffee, seemed to be working for on all points except appetite suppressant. Knowing you have to give new supplements time, ordered again, and product arrived rock solid, going to have to chip it out to use. Harder to measure in this form. Disappointed. Not a great value.
