Turmeric Curcumin with BioPerine - Veg Capsules (60)

As a senior with various medical and physical issues, but who still works out hard 6 days of week I am always seeking ways to improve my overall health and basic senior fitness. Besides always taking my regular medication I also take a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement. When I saw this product (Raw Root Turmeric curcumin with bioperine, 1500 mg, 60 capsules) for a bargain price I decided to buy it.I was impressed with the fast service and received my bottle in two days. I had never taken this type of supplement but the reason it sparked my interest was because this product is supposed be a good anti-inflammatory and for joint health. It suggests taking 2 capsules a day but I am only taking 1 capsule a day at this time. So far I have had no side effects and my body seems to be benefitting from taking this product.If you are seeking a supplement for joint health and inflammatory issues you may want to check it out; however, you should check with your doctor before taking any type of product with your medication.Rating: 4 Stars. I have tried another brand worked good but these were much cheaper and all natural. I didn’t want added additives, I can really tell a difference!!

I've been using this product for almost 3 months, and I do plan on continuing. I obviously can't speak for everyone; we all have different issues, and severities. My arthritis pain, in my knees and hands, is lessened somewhat; it's noticeable. But it's not a huge difference. I suggest trying it (2 per day; I take one in the morning, one in the evening). There are 60 in a bottle, so enough for 30 days. Can't hurt to try it, and it may help some of you a lot.

It helps on my left side for my knee, wrist, shoulder pain. But on my right knee and back still feels pain. I would say out of 10 I would give 8. It's little hard to swallow. But I would definitely recommend.

This is a product that my neurologist suggested. It works well for inflamation if taken regularly. You have to take 2 huge capsules a day.

This works to help decrease arthritis inflammation in my hands. The pills are larger than the previous brand I’ve purchased so a bit harder to swallow, and seems to take a bit longer to show an effect when I started taking it, but overall a good product.
