As someone who is a little bit older and has injuries from the 1990s that pop up every once in a while. I can tell you this is a game changer. I now walk dogs for fun, but this winter I rolled my ankle and every once in a while it was making keeping up with the dogs a little harder. I've been using this for the past week and not only have I been able to keep up with the dogs, but I've been able to jog with them! I've washed it twice and it is held in shape & it's use very well with no pilling, etc. I would definitely recommend this for extra support.

I like this pull-on material brace. It is comfortable, works as described, adjustable, easy to put on and off, good quality materials used. Compression works great. I recommend this.

The medium sizing seems large - though it’s hard to tell as the packaging and sleeve itself did not come with the size listed.Otherwise, seems well made and has gentle compression.

Great support for after I let my rolled ankle heal. It is true to your shoe size.

My son uses this for a fractured ankle. He is able to wear it with sneakers and still feel comfortable in the shoe. Helps his ankle feel secure and stable.
