This flat weight bench seems heavy duty and is easy to fold, can be stored at any place saving alot space. Easy to assemble, I used this for light excercise by lying and sitting and found very suportive since it is sturdy with steel frame with non slipery base and 5 level adjutable height, well suits for all ages and height people. I feel comfort while doing the workout and does function good. A great deal for this new year!

Bench is of good quality and value. Not much to assemble. I like that you can adjust the height. Only negative is I wish it was wider. But it does work as it’s supposed to.

I love how this bench folds up so easy and fits right in the corner of my small home gym area, completely out of the way. I saw a couple of other reviews that it wasn't stable but my bench is very stable and does not have any wobble or play when I fully tighten the height adjustments. It is a pretty firm bench, which is good for me, but something some other people may want to consider.

I needed a bench that is adjustable and easy to move. This is also very sturdy and well padded. So pleased with this purchase and it arrived very quickly!

Not a lot to say except that it does the job and it's nice that it's adjustable. Very convenient to move around when needed and to store away when not in use.
