Everything about this transaction from start to finish was wonderful. Decorative Kitchen and Bath was very informative and punctual about contacting me with all shipping information as time drew closer. Well packaged and crated and delivered in excellent shape. There was even a very tiny amount of water present in the bottom of the tub once it was removed from the crate which was immediate Visual Evidence that my unit had been test operated and leak checked.This tub is fantastic!For those of you like myself who have read a few other reviews, I'd like to clarify on two items. One, as you can see by the overhead picture included, the seating area is wider than the average tub which makes it more than comfortable for 2 without the second parties legs being pressed up against you and crowding you. Ample room. And second, for anybody who mentioned the stereo / Bluetooth speaker not being all that loud... yes it's only one speaker and of course, because they're in the tub business and not the stereo business, it's meant to be an additional amenity and not one of the main focal points but for those of you who may like a little more info, it's mounted down low facing out the back side of the tub which would put it up against the wall once the tub is mounted in a corner. There is enough slack in the speaker wire that you can remove it from its mount, spin it 180 degrees and remount it in the same location facing forward towards the front glass panel. Yes, all said and done, it still may sound a little muffled but then again it is enclosed under your tub that's mounted in a corner. For those with any minor wiring knowledge I'm sure it would be very simple to extend the wire and bring the speaker out in the open from under the tub, or LOL just listen to your music on whatever Bluetooth device you were already using. One little hint: had a little problem linking with the Bluetooth while my phone was running off of its own data but once I linked my phone through my home Wi-Fi the whirlpool Bluetooth capability popped right up and linked with no problem. The heat pump feature works great. I have filled the tub with the water temperature between 99 and 100 degrees and it has maintained at that temperature for 3 to 4 hours no problem.I shopped around for a while looking for something that included all of the features that I wanted ( water jets instead of tiny air bubbles only, a heating option, spacious enough for two and definitely plenty of room for one, and the multiple lighting, Bluetooth, waterfall and shower head we're all very nice extras that I wasn't even shopping for )Trust me you will not be disappointed if you finally decide on this Ariel tub. You also will not be disappointed with your purchase if you're doing it through Decorative Kitchen and Bath not to mention that it was about $100 cheaper than going directly through Ariel's website themselves.

All hardware on this product were loose. Whirlpool jet piping leaked when we tested before install. My project has been stalled for 2 days and seller does not seem to be interested in contacting me to try to resolve problems with leak. I contacted Amazon of issue when pretest problem happened.

I ordered this bathtub for my mom who suffers with chronic pain and it does wonders for her. It's a lytle bit difficult to navigate at first, but the jets are powerful and soothing and the built in heater is great. Only downside is it is a bit hard to access the tubs components as the access panels are up against the wall. Other than that, this tub works great.

The displayed turned on once during installation. Didn't finish the project so continued the next day. Turned on the display and it was dead. All it showed was the signed for power and beep when you touch it to turn on. Contacted seller and was contacted by Atlas International. They asked for a video showing the issue. Then they sent a second display and second display was dead out of the box. At least the original one beep once when you try to turn on. The second display doesn't do anything. Was asked to record video again. Sent back video and was contacted by them and they said check the fuse. If the fuse was blown, the first display wouldn't even have any power to beep at me nor show a very dimmed screen with just the power logo on. But whatever. They said they will call back to show me how to check the fuse.Second issue with this tub is all the mechanical are on the side of the tub. The tub is a corner tub. And good luck to you if your tub's corner happens to be in the corner of the house. Be prepared to cut two very large openings through your exterior wall and make access doors for repair in order to pass inspection. I would have returned this tub if I could. Unfortunately I ordered it too soon and it was sitting in the garage while the house was built. By the time it got installed and the issues were found, it was past the refund period.

The hot tub is working as promised. I would suggest to improve the user manual.
