I’m really impressed with this vacuum! It cleans exceptionally well my floors have never looked better. The suction is powerful, and it picks up everything in one pass. One of my favorite features is how it practically walks on its own, making cleaning effortless. The battery life is great and lasts long enough for me to clean my entire house without needing to recharge. And the self-cleaning function? Truly a game changer! No more messy maintenance. Highly recommend it if you want powerful, efficient cleaning with minimal effort!

I have often wanted one of these wet/dry mops or a steam mop as most of the 2300 sq. ft. I have in my home are LVP floors. My brother has a steam mop and was totally underwhelmed with it effectiveness. The wet/dry mops put me off some, as they have clunky cords and the 15-20 minutes required to disassemble and clean the machine after every use was tedious. This aptly name Dreame machine addressed BOTH of these concerns. It runs for a rated 50 minutes on a single charge, which seems accurate, as I did my entire house with it in a little over 40 minutes with about 30% battery left. I no longer need to vacuum all the floors and then go over the entire thing again to mop it all. It does both simultaneously and uses such little water that I did not have to refill the little tank until I was nearly done. This frugal use of water also means the floor is dry in about 5 minutes or so. The best part, virtually no cleaning required! I dump the dirty water tank and rinse it out, then snap it back on. I then put it onto the charging stand where it not only recharges it, but also totally self cleans itself then drys itself with hot air. I could not recommend this unit more!

We have vinyl plank floors in our home, about 2000 sq ft. Traditional mopping has not kept our floors clean. Our floor is kind of absorbent and we have an asphalt driveway. The DREAME H12 Pro flex reach continues to exceed my expectations in terms of performance. It leaves the floor barely moist and it dries quickly. No puddling at all from this unit. I have cleaned my floor 3 times in 1 week with this tool, and it continues to lift dirt out of my floor. Literally, the waste water is black. It blows me away how well this machine works. I can only conclude that the scrubbing of the brush and vacuum is actually extracting soil from the planks. Again, I cannot express how impressed I am with this machine. My only gripe is the battery. We're at 2000 sq ft, and if I clean too slow, the battery won't make it. I have to pick and choose which areas I want to deep clean and light clean, so that way I have enough battery to finish the job. Other than that, this is a perfect floor cleaner. The only upgrade I can suggest for this machine is to offer a corded option. Besides that, hands down. This is probably the best floor cleaner on the market right now.

This machine cleans so well and is easy to use. Fill the water tank, add floor cleaner, vacuum and mop in one sweep, and empty the dirty water When you place it back on the charger, the drying mode activates and you are done. Two things to note: 1. the machine is a little heavy to maneuver and 2. it can’t get into small corners (like under the cabinets). For general floor cleaning I love this machine

This is my first wet-dry vacuum cleaner and overall it seems to do very well. Great technology in this vacuum. It’s very easy to use and the pull of the unit during use takes a bit to get use to. I do love the continuous fresh water cleaning. It sprays clean water and sucks it up all in one pass. I do wish the rolling head was a roller/brush combination though as I think it would get the tougher water drops on the floor out best.The runtime appears to be more than adequate to clean the entire house. I'm still trying to figure out the best location for the unit...maybe the garage.I do think the units tank capacity is too small.The hair cutting capability seems to be 50/50. You still need to dismantle the unit to clean debris.Again, my biggest dislike is the rolling head vs having a roller/brush combination to scrub tougher stains from the floor.I do recommend it.

Purchased the Dreame Pro12 over 2 months ago and I am hooked! I use it at home and also to clean our Airbnb. Needless to say it gets used a lot!! My time for cleaning floors is cut in half and that is a godsend because we have a 3000sq ft home. It does not leave excessive water on the floor, is fairly quiet when running, it’s self propelled, so you barely have to push fand has great suction power from the sides of thecleaning head when going along the baseboards. It does pick up everything in its path but the forward motion is better at picking up debris than the backward motion, as other reviews have mentioned. I love that it’s cordless and has a self cleaning function, which also dries the roller. If you clean your floors once a week it will keep everything in tip top shape. Sometimes for more stubborn stains, ground in dirt or food stuck to the floor, I do use a small scrubby sponge to carry around with me as I vacuum/mop to lift these spots. This is a trade off I don’t mind because I don’t have to do it that often. I do wish there was another rotating brush available that had more of a scrubbing surface to it. The only downside to using this machine, is having to use their Dreame floor cleaner. I have always used vinegar and water due to having chemical reactions from traditional floor cleaning solutions. I don’t get any strong order from this solution nor have I had any allergic reactions to it. It does clean very well, because I thought my floors were clean until I saw how brown the dirty water was! I just really miss using my own vinegar solution . I am very happy with my purchase and will be buying a second one soon!
