It's a decent tool
This thing works pretty well for being made in China, it doesn't have all the power of the m12 milwalkee but it'll drive nails

Very limited usefulness and not pleasant to use
The other reviews are right - this thing is super prone to driving nails crooked. And the worst part is that it's BY DESIGN. WTF? I think the main reason (which for some reason nobody else has brought up) is that the hammer head is CONVEX. In other words, it bulges out instead of being flat. So it's impossible for a flat nail head to sit stably on it. It's guaranteed to wobble, like any flat object would do on a convex surface. I understand that the convexity helps the final blows to fully seat the nail, but is that really worth sacrificing the stability of the nail, which is far more important, while ye olde basic hand hammer has a flat head and can still fully seat nails just fine? The magnetic collet is supposed to help keep the nail in place, but it's not actually a magnetic ring. The magnet is only in one spot in the bottom, closest to the trigger, and it's a weak magnet to boot. This all seems like terrible design to me. First, don't you want the nail to be in the middle of the hammer head, not on the edge? Isn't the impact supposed to be in the center? Second, why magnetize the collet instead of the hammer head itself? Third, the weak and poorly placed magnet means that as soon as the nail touches the wood, it slips right off the magnet, making the magnet useless.Even when I tried to be very careful to keep the nail plumb while driving (and it's infuriating that I even have to do that with the advertised "magnetic collet"), I still got a few crooked. It's hard to see if the nail is crooked, or even see if it's fully driven, because the retractable collet covers most of the shank. Also, I suspect the tendency to drive nails crooked also causes the wood to split more easily, even for skinny paneling nails, because as the nail wobbles, it seeks out the weakest point in the wood instead of pushing fibers aside in a straight line. It's also not much faster than hand-hammering, and it's loud and obnoxious and requires a lot of downward pressure the whole time (and probably eats batteries like Pac-Man eats Power Pellets). I thought it'd work like an air nailer, which seats nails instantly without disturbing the assembly, so I was hoping to use it for temporary assemblies while gluing up parts without having to haul out the slow obnoxious air compressor, but it’s way slower than an air nailer and causes too much shaking (it actually knocked my 2x4 halfway out of the bench vise). It's way too much trouble to use as an all-purpose power nailer. The only good use I can think of is tight places that don't have enough clearance to swing a hammer. But even then, I'm not sure this thing is much more useful, because the tool's business end, at 90º, is 5" long. Add at least 1" for the nail (more like 2" for the typical framing nail), and now you need 6-7" of clearance. If screws were an option at all, I'd much rather use a Dewalt low-profile right-angle attachment, which requires WAY less clearance, to drive screws.Oh yeah, it'll also knock any finish right off the nail head. And it goes without saying that it's not much good for non-ferrous nails. In summary, yes, it drives nails, but I'm not a fan.

Does the job
This is about what I expected. It's good but don't expect a Milwaukee or Dewalt level of tool. That's like comparing Black and Decker to a pro grade tool. But this is light and easy to hold, has what seems to be good battery life, it isn't super powerful but if you drive the nail straight you should be good. The size is longer than I'd like, but the head is slim and gets in tight spots. This is a tool you pull out once in a while when you need to use a nail and can't get your nail gun or hammer in the space. It has nice functionality, the head pivots and it has a magnet to hold the nail. The value you get here is great though. If you're like me and you've wanted a palm nailer but can't see yourself using it often and want something for those situations or to see how much you'd use one, this is a great buy. I've only used it a handful of times, but that time you need it, it will probably save you. Or you could use a screw rated for framing and a 90° attachment for your impact and bam problem fixed. Glad to have it in the kit, but doubt I'll be pulling it out much. Also, it is quite loud and definitely not the fastest or easiest option to drive nails. Kind of a one trick pony. Also, it's awesome being able to use my Dewalt batteries and they fit and work great with the machine.

Might work for small gauge nails.
The nailer barely started to drive a 16 penny nail into southern yellow pine.I returned it.

Perfect for smaller projects
My husband and I are both dealing with shoulder injuries currently, so we've put a few small house projects on hold. With this tool, we were able to start working on things again YAY!!).It works with our Dewalt batteries, as well as our generic Dewalt batteries. The adjustable head on it really sealed the deal for me. I'm able to get nails where I need them so much easier now.It is loud, but it has saved our shoulders, so it's totally worth the noise.

Works well
Very helpful for the nails my nail-gun left partially out on the flooring project I have been working on. I can see how it’d be extremely useful for tight spaces where you can’t really swing a hammer also.
