Fantastic TV Better than 2019 Model!!! Xbox/Movie perfection! seller is great!
Firstly I work in IT and have setup many 4k TV's at work, this TV is spectacular!Straight off the bat I should explain 2 things which will save you alot of stress and worry1) Be VERY carefull with the ivisible cable it is fibre optic and any damage will wreck your chance to enjoy the TV.2) As soon as you have gone through the set up process under general/external device management turn off anynet+ this will stop an issue that mimics a broken invisible cable. I spent 3hrs trawling forums before I found this simple fix!I would Highly suggest jbtechfanatic on youtube for the q9f review setup and calibration this is simple to do and will save you £300 for a decent calibrator.Massive features for gamers it supports V-sync and 120hz which is great with Xbox S/Xall 4 hdmi are 4k one with ARC.Picture quality is unbelievable once setup it is on par with OLED without the problems. I watched a vid in 360p by accident on youtube and only noticed when text was shown! The upscaling is that good even 1080i Sky looks better than on my previous topend 1080p tv!It is capable of 2000nits brightness and colours are stunning, it also has great local dimming. It is currently very sunny and I can still see the creen perfectly with minimal reflections.Sound is almost on par with my creative soundbar! It is crisp with a nice bass thump when needed. In all I spent £1000 less for this tv than the 2019 model which is a worse tv as the newer models big selling point is viewing angle but it lowers brightness and clours by putting a layer over the screen dimming and muddying the picture. WHY I cannot understand as this tv is easily watchable as it has almost 160" viviewing angle. Yes picture loses a little pop in colour and brightness over 120" angle, however as it is so vibrant to begin with even this is still amazing! All in all I cannot stress if you can afford this TV get it before they are gone as it is a steal for the price! Also arrived a day early :)

Wonderful TV, though I had some reservations at first
When I got the TV it was very flickery, I was concerned it was unsuitable for me.After nearly 2 weeks it settled down and has much less flicker, I am ok with it.To counter the flicker there are deblur/dejudder features but on TV/Movie content there are artifacts in the image at times.I expect they will improve this over time with an update.I dont need to use them now so I'm not worried.I use it for TV, as a gaming monitor and for HDR movies. It excels, amazing image quality. The colour Gamut is very wide and HDR elements can get extremely bright, superb.Lag is the lowest I have seen on a TV, better than most PC monitors.Look up a guide online to set it up.On RTings.com find the review of the 65" version TV, click the setup link and what you need to know is there.update 12/04/19Last years 1153.3 update cured the flickery problem entirely, the dejudder/deblur tools now work properly. It also almost completely eliminated the few artefacts as well, what are left I only see because I know what to look for, nobody else notices them. When playing a movie set the output to the same framerate as the movie.Blu Ray/DVD players will automatically do this but a PC probably wont.If you see the odd jerk playing a movie on a PC you probably have your display out set to 60Hz.ie if the movie is 24Hz (or 23.976Hz), set the display output to 24Hz.I now use HDR+ for all SDR material (TV, movies, games ...) because it gives them a low level of HDR and works really well, it doesnt look fake or imposed. HDR+ is left on permanently except when watching HDR movies/games which look incredible in true HDR.To get HDR+ working best I set the backlight level to the same as normal SDR viewing (ie not maxed out like the true HDR setup). This makes it highlight brighter things without affecting the rest of the picture much.My Dad has a well set up Panasonic Plasma TV and always exclaims how good my TV is each time he comes round.I game at 1440p 120Hz, this TV does it right. Its so smooth with extremely low lag. Its a magical experience with the image quality this TV has. What a truly wonderful TV!

The Q9FN is a all round winner!
Really very impressive tv considering it a backlit LED. Not as sharp as other top end OLEDs like the LG C8, but fantastic colouring and luminosity.Would recommend it to any visualphiles out there, that don't want to have to worry about the burn in issue of OLEDs. A very serious contender amongst the other leading premium Tvs on the market.

TELEVISION SWITCHES OFF AND ON CONSTANTLY ON ITS OWN ACCORD
The television constantly switches off and on. We had a wire replaced in September 2019 to correct this but now it is doing this again and we are getting nowhere with any help. In fact, the company Samsung use "Gogglebox, Bristol" told us they will replace it but it will go again. The television was terribly expensive and this problem needs to be resolved as the television is unwatchable and worthless. Amazon confidently told me I could return it and sent me a return label, but this company refuses to accept it and claims I have had the television 8 months and had use out of it. This is so not the case as the television never stops switching itself on and off. If you do switch it off, it comes back on. There is absolutely no after sales service with this company. I strongly recommend to use an alternative.
