50165 10 Quart Bait Bucket-2 Piece, White/Red

I think this bucket will do the job for a days fishing. The inside piece is a little smaller than I would like and the bucket is not insulated. We'll give it a thorough test.

This bucket is good for the price. It is really lightweight, but functions well. I bought it for my husband and he likes it.

This bucket has some nice features, but the unit I received was missing the handle for the inner bucket. It also lacks any floatation on the inner bucket, even though the description clearly says that the inner bucket floats. Floatation is needed in order for the inner bucket to be removed and floated in the water to keep fresh water flowing through and keeping the bait lively. This is also necessary if you use the bucket while wading. You can't have the inner bucket sinking or turning over in the water while you're wading, especially since the latch on the lid does not lock into place unless you deliberately squeeze the latch and push it down into the locking position. It would be too easy to forget to lock the lid and then all your bait would escape when the bucket inevitably tips over in the water!

Great bait bucket for my minnows when I go crappie fishing.Large opening for bait net. Used the other type where front opens but will not stay open on its own this one does. Plenty of room for bait to swim .

Avoid Hunter's Bundle if at all possible. This bucket is your standard bait bucket like has been manufactured for year by several manufacturers. I bought a boat a few years ago that came customized to hold the inner bucket in the live well. Unfortunately, the outer bucket blew out of the boat going down the interstate. This was the only place I found a replacement. So I was willing to pay the $36.00 to have the original equipment. The bucket I got shipped with the wrong lid. I called and emailed Hunter's Bundle and got no response. Another reviewer had mentioned missing parts with their order and that the had called the manufacturer who sent them the missing parts. I emailed the manufacturer and got an immediate response that they would mail me the right lid. The manufacturer seems to be a great company (even though I haven't got the lid yet, at least they were quick to respond and nice about it). I wouldn't recommend buying from Hunter's Bundle. Hunter's bundle probably bought surplus stuff from somewhere and are not even smart enough to look at what they bought to verify that is the right combination of pieces. AVOID BUYING FROM HUNTER'S BUNDLE!!

Challenge 50165 10 Quart Bait Bucket-2 Piece: Great product, exactly what I wanted. The price and delivery were just made it better.

Have not used yet, but it's the tow piece bait bucket that I have been looking for. Received item complete with all pieces. Recomended
