Veerrryy nice
But unfortunately it was an inch too wide to fit in the space I was going to use it for, much to my disappointment

Works if you add in some of whipstitches to the ropes.
It was difficult to find a ceiling mounted, laundry rack on a pulley system. We ordered another item that was 3x the price, but it wouldn’t even go together properly. This item is lightweight, & I’m not sure about longevity, but it works for know. I wish we’d bought our own pulleys & used a 4 corner pulley system bc the 2 pulley system means it doesn’t lift all the way to the ceiling and has to be perfectly balanced at all times. My husband put a whip stitch around the ropes to keep the reach from tipping to the front or back constantly. The item works, but we had to do some of our own invention to make it usable.

Extra space, on demand...
The media could not be loaded. This rack is going to be a nice addition to my small laundry room . I have not installed it yet because I’m weighing my options. I might have considered installing it inside my cabinet, just below the middle shelf, but my cabinets shelves are adjustable and I kind of don’t want something that will hinder my ability to rearrange my cabinet as the need arises, so I have pretty much decided that this will go underneath the cabinet, which is above my washer. The only issue is that there is a wall on one side and open space on the other, so I have to decide how I want to fasten it, which I have some ideas. At any rate, this rack is made of steel. It seems to have a good quality paint job that is consistent and even with no runs, drips or overspray. The rods are welded to the side pieces and the welds are a little bumpy but smooth and seem strong. The rods are expandable to accommodate any size cabinet and spread easily. The glides are very similar to the heaviest duty glides I’ve seen at the big box stores so I believe they are heavy duty, they slide easily and are very quiet. And the stay shut when you close them. I like the way the rack attaches to the glides by hooks and openings in the sides of the rack. They just kind of sit on the glides and secure into place, but you can easily remove the rack from the glides if needed. The rack comes with everything you need to install it, unless you are like me and have to do everything the hard way, haha. I think this Is going to make some good ‘on demand’ extra space in my laundry room and if you could use some extra space in your…well… really any room in your home that has a cabinet, then this is a fine choice.

Good drying racks
Nice racks, I bought two. Used different mounting hardware cause I never trust the stuff in the box. Easy install to though.

Love that it can be hidden
This is a great idea. I like that the rack can be hidden in the closet. And it’s so easy to pull out when I need it. Easy to assemble. It doesn’t take up much room when tucked away. Not able to hold a lot with just one rack, but it’s great as a supplement. It’s sturdy and work well.

Ncie quality unit and tough to duplicate
Ordered this for a cabinet I'm building around the washer and dryer in our new house. I wanted something low profile that would hide away in a cabinet and pull out only when we need it. This is a perfect form factor, so perfect in fact that you can't find anyone else making one quite like it! Fortunately I was able to get this one. The unit comes assembled, and uses slide closure that is mounted to either side with some metal cleats integrated into each side. The attachment isn't super secure but I added some double sided tape to keep it from rattling. A harder design flaw to solve was the metal-on-metal sliding poles. They should include a gasket/washer or something around the end of each pole so it's not metal on metal. Once you have the width set, it will never need to move again so even something to lock them in place would help with the rattling. It might sound like I think the unit is flimsy but it's actually pretty sturdy and secure. It's super functional, I love the way it is made, and it's perfect for my hideaway drying rack cabinet.

Pull-out laundry drying rack
The media could not be loaded. My laundry machines are in my pantry, so I selected a pantry shelf that was over 17" deep to mount this. The adjustable width came in handy, allowing it to avoid the door swing path. Installation was fairly simple. It mounts to surfaces at the sides, so I added a piece of wood at the appropriate width. The directions say it needs 3" clearance above, which I ignored. The advertisement says no tools required. You need at least a screwdriver, and they include one. They also include a spirit level. Functionally, this will be great for items that cannot be put in the dryer. My kitchen is filled with pull-out shelving and organizers, so this fits into the style of my home well. My only complaint is that the rails would look better with end-caps. They say it remains hidden. I assume I could have selected a bottom shelf to live up to that claim, but "hidden" does not apply to my installation. It does save space, or in my case, it allows me to no longer put my clean, wet underwear on every chair in the house to dry after every load of laundry.
